emergency - sewer pump malfunctioned on a long weekend. I called every 24/7 emergency plumbing company looking for help and Milani was the only company to return my call ! Unfortunately the repair man could not make it the same day but did come the next day and fixed my pump and also gave me great advise and information on my system that previous service people have never told me. Kenny my service technician was fast and friendly and I believe Milani charges a fair price. Will use them going forward!

Quick service and helpful / friendly technician. He explained what he was doing as he worked and kept his work space on the bathroom very clean.

I panicked when my hot water tank blew a leak over the weekend, but was given excellent care by Milani. The staff on the phone were helpful and booked a same day appointment. Mike P was very knowledgeable and helpful and did an excellent job on the entire project, even advising neighbours who came by worrying about their tanks of a similar age.

Thank you to Nick for installing a new toilet in my mother's apartment. We are very pleased.

Laundry Tub wasn't draining properly. Tried the usual DIY tricks to no avail. Called Milani (been using them for years), to book service. Agent was cordial, collected the needed information and booked me for a service for the following day. Later on the same day the I called, a Milani agent called me back and said that a service tech had come available and they could come our place that afternoon and that I would be contacted 1/2 hour before they arrived. The service tech arrived, had the right equipment for the job and set to work. The tech snaked the drain via the pipe directly connected to the plumbing stack, then put the pipes from the laundry tub back together and tested. The tech wasn't satisfied with the drain of the water so he re-snaked the pipe farther along. The subsequent test was good. The tech made sure everything was tight and cleaned up. It was all done in about 40 minutes.

Manik was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He dealt with my problem very professionally. I also appreciated the advice he gave me about other projects in my home.

The plumber showed up on time and identified the problem in no time , he had it repaired in one hour.

Milani came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and answered all our questions patiently. The issue was resolved within 30 minutes and was simply a shutoff valve had been closed.

Milani service is great. They answered all my questions and requests, and did everything in a timely manner. Their response time to my inquiries was fast, never left hanging there like other companies. Originally I used them for plumbing and boiler service, and when it came time to think about A/C, a no brainer, simple choice to use Milani. During the A/C install when an issue came up, one of their managers came to visit to discuss options. Good option info and made it a quick and easy choice.

Tech arrived on time and removed the old water tank and installed a new one. He is knowledgeable and did a very good job and was very friendly too! I recommend this company.
