Very pleased with service ( had to replace very old gas furnace ) Esmaiel went above and beyond and more. Assistant Eugene very helpful & informative as well. Our only complaint would be lack of communication ( promised call backs ) from head office and dispatch. Need improvement on that one.

we noticed a leak in our ceiling. After taking the drywalls we exposed the pipes and looks for any crack or leak. Nothing. So we called Milani and asked for help. The guy came next day and checked a couple of things pretty much what we did and spent a half hour and at the end told us everything looks good and the problem is most likely the roof, because the amount of rain last week was a lot and most likely it got through. Ha asked us to wait for a rainy day and monitor it. Next day, out of curiosity my wife noticed water where the drywall had a hole. So she decided to test couple of things. She tested the sink, the tub and nothing, she tested the toilet and checked around it and there it was. The shut off tap. Where was it, right above the leak. She tested it couple of times and there it was. the leak. I could not believe it when I got back home. it was too simple to miss. So obvious too. so I basically paid 190 dollars for absolutely nothing. I called them next day and told them the story and mentioned that how unhappy I was with the fact that their technician who should be an expert in this did not do all the tests and simply missed such a simple thing. The lady on the phone apologized and said do not leave a review since we have not charged your card yet. And a manager will call me. Over a week now and no manager and now there is a charge on my card. I paid $189 to someone who came to my house and hung around for half hour and did nothing. I used another plumbing service and they came quickly, change the shut off tap, and the pipe and it cost me only 215 all included. Never use Milani ever again. Big mistake Update. The manager called and refunded the charge. Great guy. Understood the issue. Now i may actually call them again

Milani's been my go-to since we moved into a house. It's very reliable, convenient and Mike P. was a delight. He got it all sorted out and managed to figure out a few things about how the house was constructed that I needed to know.

Called Milani over Christmas holidays . They came on boxing day and concluded that the boiler had to be replaced. They came the next day and installed a new boiler in two days. Work was professionally done with due care and attention by Diego, a very knowledgeable technician. Will use this company for service. It would have been great if they would not have charged me for the first hour of service after I decided to spend over $8000 for a new boiler.

Milani was very easy to help deal with our leak in our newly purchased apartment. We had some issues communicating a resolution with the strata council and greatly helped in facilitating proper corrective action. Peter our technician was on time and extremely knowledgable. Price was extremely fair for the visits that were required to repair the leak. We will definately use Milani again for any future issues!!!

We had a problem with existing 20 year old boiler. Milani came out and replaced it for a high efficiency one. In two days we had hot water and the third day we had our radiant heat back. Amazing job.

The boiler in our house had broken down. A repairman from Milani named Farid came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also came in at the late ours of 9pm, which was very helpful with our work schedule. He took the time to explain the entire process to us and the risks and benefits of the repair. Overall very satisfied.

When I found the water leakage, it was close to the end of business hour, so I was in a hurry. I called the number that was on the side of a vehicle that just passed in front of me, knowing nothing about the company. It turned out to be the best decision I could make under the situation. The plumber came almost within half an hour, replaced the faucet hose, which immediately stopped the leakage. My wife was so happy because he was so quick and meticulous AND she could also earn Airmiles’ points!

I had the pleasure of having Farid E. come and repair my boiler system. We just moved into our new home with unfortunatly no heat. Farid came to our new home and was very knowlegeable and kind. He was able to diagnose our issue and arrange the repair. He had great customer service skills. We would recommend Farid and Milani to any other customers needing heating services.

Mattia at Milani did an excellent job at installing a new hot water tank. He is professional and provides high quality work. He removed the old tank and left the work area clean. I have other jobs that require to be done in the house with updating fixtures in the bathroom and replacing the PRV valve that was discovered not functioning properly when water pressure was checked. Mattia will be providing a quote and I will have him return to do the other work. I would recommend Milani for all your plumbing needs.
