The technician was thorough, and provided quick service. He explained the procedures. Also he, offered advice on cost savings for gas. I will call this company again and recommend them to others.

Our experience with Milani has been fantastic! They are extremely professional and honest. The last thing we wanted to hear was a sales pitch "just to make a sale". What we did get, was an honest opinion and wonderful service, and were told that we do not require replacements at this time. Thank you Milani, we will definitely stay with you when we actually do need a new furnace and/or hot water tank!

I've used Milani on several occasions for furnace repair and annual maintenance, and replacement of my hot water tank. The technicians are always knowledgeable, capable, quick, and personable. They arrive when they say they'll be there and the job's always been done right the first time.

Service technicians all very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Service and repairs were done in the allotted time frame. One technician not qualified for part of the job so they contacted office and another man was sent the next working day.

I have used Milani numerous times now for Furnace Tune-ups and repairs since we purchased and had our new furnace installed by Milani in 2011. The technicians have been consistently good and the work has been done efficiently and completely. The technicians get 10/10 in my books. However, getting an appointment and having it happen when it has been promised has been consistently problematic and communication about changes in appointment times has been poor. My rating reflects my ongoing frustration with this but is in now way a reflection of the work that has been done or the professionalism of the technicians.

First technician thought he had resolved the problem but the next day we had to call to have another technician come out because water started backing up again. The 2nd technician, Arash, was amazing! He cleared the main with a larger machine and diagnosed exactly what the problem was quickly and efficiently. The crew showed up 2 days later and did a very good job replacing the sewer line.

Our washing machine drains into a laundry tub that is in the basement, however the drain blocked causing the water to overflow onto the floor. We tried the usual DIY actions to clear it but nothing worked. Milani is our go to company for plumbing and heating issues so we called them for help with our drains. They were able to send a technician out the same afternoon. He was great - professional, knowlegeable and quick. He resolved our issue and provided helpful suggestions on how to prevent future troubles. A great company with knowledgeable staff.

Plumber technician Arash Samimi made an awesome job replacing all the pipes and tub drain for my upper floor townhome. I had damaged the threads of the original plastic pipe and experienced a leak on the floor below and underneath in the kitchen also as the water made its way down.

So far, very good. Second time I have used Milani. Replaced 2 hot water heaters. Next day response. Within time frame. Installer Adrian was professional, explained things and didn't seem to mind me watching/questioning him. Adrian also gave me some advise on a furnace that will need replacing next. Only confusion was that talking to different people on the phone I got different answers/quotes.
