While I was a little upset at first, as they had to re-schedule the appointment and then wanted to re-schedule a second time. However, Farid was very polite and did a thorough and outstanding job on the duct cleaning. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I felt quite at ease with him doing the work. Very professional.

I have a 10 yr old apt and shower cartridge was a problem to get but the technician Mattia got right on it by locating it locally. I was very pleased by his professionalism, politeness, and how efficient he was in getting the job done. Truly Milani Plumbing is best in the business and timely!

I called them at noon and had someone at my door 30 mins later. The job was done well, professional, and solved the problem. I have used Milani multiple times and would recommend them any time.

Saturday of a long weekend and no hot water. Called Milani and got a quote from them and even better they could do the job the next day. Service was within the time frame promised, friendly, work done excellently, cleaned up work area. Mike came out and did my tank, he was super. Would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Needed to replace a leaking hot water tank that was almost 15 years old. On calling Milani I got a list of expected approximate charges. My technician, Mohammed, arrived within the time frame given. Due to the cramped location of the tank and its age, replacement took somewhat longer than anticipated. To be fair, a number of new regulations now in effect also required additional parts and work. The technician worked tirelessly until everything was done, then walked me through procedures that need to be followed for maintenance and in case the pilot light would go out. After all checks were made and clean-up was done the job was finished. The bill was larger than originally expected but seemed reasonable for the work required. Further work for furnace maintenance and other odd jobs will be scheduled. Thanks Mohammed!

My whole experience with Milani was excellent. I originally called the after hours line and thankfully my issue was not emergency, they offered to call me back Sunday morning to save me some money. I immediately called Sunday at 9 am and got scheduled for that day. The call back got to me about 1.5 hours later. I received Mike P, who was pleasant, personable and funny. He was also great at his job and did everything excellent. At the end I had a working shower, and my kitchen sink which had been leaking was fixed. He was fast and ensured that my first house was spent working and fixing my issues. Thank you for being so flexible and great to deal with. I would definitely hire Milani again (and receive the 10% discount for being with Yelp, which would have been nice the first time.) Everything was excellent.

Old toilet started leaking for some reason (wasn't being used) and I wanted it removed and replaced. One call got it set up and another call to choose a replacement (they even suggested a model which was cheaper than the one I originally wanted). While Brayden showed up 20 minutes outside the time window, once he was on-site, he was quick, efficient and friendly.

I've used Milani for heating and plumbing service and maintenance for more than 8 years. Milani has consistently provided fast, efficient and affordable service. The technicians have always been knowledgeable, polite and responsive to any questions asked of them. I will continue to use Milani for all of my heating and plumbing needs and encourage others to consider using them.
