    Prompt quotes, prompt service, great workmanship, well priced.

    Extremely satisfied with choosing Natural Choice Heating and Cooling for all the work they did for me on a current renovation project. This work included a furnace and AC installation along with complete ductwork and gas lines in a gutted bungalow with a new legal basement apartment. Many challenges with tight spaces and routing but the guys on site were very flexible and willing to work with us to find good solutions. Quotes and responses come quickly. Easy to see they take pride in their work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

    Great price & customer service

    We had used Natural Choice in the past for a new central air. This time we needed a new furnace so called Natural Choice. Price was about $1,000 less than the competition. Installation was efficient, timely and thorough.

    Natural Choice Whitby

    They are always courteous and professional. I say their technical competence at all things hvac is unsurpassed in the industry. We've had other techs from other companies out to do certain tasks but, they just don't stack up to the techs at Natural Choice Whitby. :)

    Great company to deal with

    This is my 5th year using Natural Choice Heating and Cooling for the annual maintenance on my furnace. No matter who you are dealing with from the company, they are always very professional and friendly. They are thorough when they are doing a job and happily answer any questions I might have. They take the time to explain things. Truly top notch customer service from these guys! I am so glad I found them. Thanks Gavin and the rest of the NCHC team!

    Quick, great communication and fair price

    We use this company for our hvac needs. They are always quick to take care of any issues that we have. Great communicators and excellent pricing and friendly and respectful employees. A great local company to do business with.

    Great service from start to finish

    James and his team did an amazing job and we couldnt be happier. They dont use high pressure sales techniques and worked out a great package price for our furnace/ac/thermostat and ducting repairs. They were fast and didnt leave a mess. Couldnt be happier.

    Furnace, Air Conditioner & Tankless Water Heater Purchase Installation and regular maintenance

    James was fantastic at going over all the options and explaining the products. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the products. The ongoing regular service inspections are great. James is very reliable and dependable.

    First Hot Shave in 3 YEARS!

    I was provided with the name of this company by Rinnai USA. , the manufacturer of my tankless hot water/floor heating system. I was having a great deal of problems with a system installed by a well known HVAC company in Cobourg. Past design and installation errors by the Cobourg company meant poor performance and many hours of fighting with the contractor and spending more money for a fix that did not work. Natural Choice came in like a team of surgeons - they assessed, diagnosed and performed major surgery. I am 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work. My regret was not having them do the install in the first place. That was an expensive le$$on anyone reading this can avoid.

    AC replacement

    I have nearly 40 years in ICI HVAC and interviewed over 3 companies to replace my condenser and evaporator coil. I’ve always done such work myself but resolved to having a quality contractor perform the work. I specified the equipment and frankly found many contractors lacking until I met with Natural Choice. I made my expectations clear and I was not disappointed with the outcome. Professional, quality workmanship and conscientious in delivery.
