Stairs
New Ridge provided the best price as well as worked closely with us to make it affordable. They replied promptly to emails & calls and the job was done in less than 1 day. The result was exactly what we wanted too. Better then we expected!! We did our own staining afterward to save some more money too. Don't judge us on the pics, we still have some clean up to do post stain. lol

Install and finish red oak hardwood living and dining rooms
This was the second time Matt completed work at my house. He sanded and refinished two bedroom hardwood floors in 2014does excellent work. He is very safety conscious about the vapours from the urethane in that I have a gas water, heater, stove and furnace. I highly recommend Newridge.

Site finished wood floors
Excellent service and results. It was a pleasure working with NewRidge and Sebastian. They installed new wood floors on 3 levels of our home and we are very pleased with the results. On time and on budget and any issues that arose were quickly resolved and very good advice provided. Highly recommend.

Refinished & repaired hardwood floors
Great service from the moment we talked to Scott. We had to reschedule our appointment and he quickly accommodated us. We had two floors sanded and repaired. Our upstairs floors in particular needed a lot of work. Thanks to Sebastian and his Team the floors look amazing! The compliments keep coming from our friends and family.

Hardwood installation
I consider myself an amateur do it yourselfer. With a small family and a hectic work schedule I decided to throw in the towel and get a professional to install hardwood in 3 of my bedrooms. Scott and the installer Matt responded to my email for a quote within hours, and within a day we had an onsite consultation. It was refreshing that Matt immediately took a critical eye to existing installation and provided a thorough assessment, level setting what was possible in a 30 year old home. No BS here. Matt showed up on time, was courteous, laid out protection for the home and always left work areas clean and tidy. I would consider myself very finicky when it comes to quality of work, and this company went over an above to deliver. I'm very satisfied with the work and will have these guys back for future projects.

Oak Stair case staining and finishing
We are very pleased with the work Arthur did on our new oak stair case. We opted for unfinished stair case from the builder. New Ridge was very accommodating when it came to scheduling our job. Scott took care to schedule our job as per our plans and offered us a very good price. Arthur arrived on the scheduled day right at the time. Arthur did an exceptional job! He is very very polite, patient and professional. You could tell he took great pride in the quality of his work. He worked incredibly hard all day, everyday. He always arrived when he said he would and kept us up to speed on the work daily. The work was completed as per schedule and he always tidied up at the end of each day. He charged us very very reasonable. I will certainly recommend Arthur and New Ridge to my friends and others !!!

refinishing stairs
We had the stairs and floors refinished on the main floor and are very pleased with the service, workmanship and results. The quote was painless and Scott responded promptly. Sebastian and team arrived when they said they would, provided excellent service, completed exactly what was discussed and completed on time. The "before" picture would show an oak stair case with a carpet runner. We also had all of the hard wood floors on the main floor stained dark. We are thrilled with the transformation of our main floor. Thanks Sebastian and Joe.

Main Floor Hardwood Refinishing and Repairs
We are very pleased with the work Matt did on our floors. The job included refinishing the mainfloor level with repairs and new floor boards to be installed after the removal of an interior brick wall and hearth. NewRidge was extremely responsive and able to accommodate some scheduling challenges due to other reno work in progress. Matt did an exceptional job! You could tell he took great pride in the quality of his work. He worked incredibly hard all day, everyday, with hardly a break. He always arrived when he said he would and kept us up to speed on the work daily. The work was completed as per schedule and he always tidied up at the end of each day. We have worked with many contractors over the years but few with the same work ethic and commitment to quality. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and NewRidge to others!

Refinished Hardwood Floors
We contacted NewRidge looking to refinish the floors in our home, they responded back to our inquiry within a few hours and scheduled an appointment to assess the floors right away. It was very clear from the first meeting that Mark was very knowledgable and experienced in what he was doing. Through out the whole process Mark kept us very informed of the progress and kept the area very clean. There was no damage to any of our baseboards and practically no dust. Mark had to make a few repairs to different areas and they are perfectly seamless with the rest of the floors. We couldn't have imagined that our old floors would turn out so great! The whole process was faster than anticipated and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would definitely recommend Mark and NewRidge to anyone looking to refinish old floors.

Installation of Laminate Flooring
After my home was wrecked by a "contractor", NewRidge-Finishing stepped in and did an outstanding job. From the very first day they came to my home, they made several promises relating to the job. At the end of the job, they had kept every single one of those promises and even done more than I had expected. They were very clean. They cleaned up every time as their work progressed and before they left for the day they would make sure every place is clean and their tools are well arranged. Their work is of the highest quality. Patrick and John treated my home as if it was theirs. The floors they installed were flawless. Everyday they promised to work they did and some days they worked past "shutdown" time as I saw with the other contractors. I am more than happy with their work. Their price was absolutely amazing given how much experience they have in doing what they do. They are the most honest bunch I have come across in such an industry. If you are trying to make a decision between New-Ridge and another company, I can certainly tell you that you will have no issues if you go with New-Ridge.
