Fast, professional service....and a beautiful screen :-) Very happy. They showed up about 1/2 hour late...that would be my only complaint...but wasn't an issue for me. They demonstrated the door, told me how to register the product, and showed me how to keep t functioning properly.

I have gone to the home show every year and have always stopped by the booth for Phantom Screens but never purchased one until last year. I booked an appointment right at the home show and a few weeks later had a rep come out and measure my front door. They came and installed it a few weeks later and received a discounted price because we booked at the home show. The phantom screen is great.

Amazing product. Best "addition" to the house we did. It sipmly works. Cools the house. Out of sight when not used. 1 problem in 6 years and fixed immediately by the company. Couldn't ask for better product or service.

The guy that installed it was efficient, he was on time. The screen itself was everything that he said it would be. I like it because of the cross breeze that we get in the living room, and it's hidden when not in use and shows the decorative door that we have.

they were quick to install and matched the colours of the front of our home-- they were helpful in showing how to maintain the upkeep and were very friendly. i would refer anyone to go ahead and deal with this company

Phantom Screens installed our door just outside of Milton which made the flow of air throughout the home so much better in the spring, summer and fall. We didn't have to use the air conditioner as much and the dog finally got used to the fact that she couldn't jump through it to go outside as well. They also left a lubricant with us so that we could continue to keep it flowing easily. It was awesome and still is, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had two Phantom screen doors instalked this week.....one on the garden door in the kitchen and one on the door of my upstairs balcony. From the time I inquired to installation was less than two weeks and I received a discount due to off season!. Everyone I spoke to was professional and efficient. I love the screen doors. The fact that I can have them out of site when not in use is a huge plus, although, they are great to look at. This is a wonderful product and the customer service from ordering to installion was perfect!

I have used the company a couple of times - always satisfied with their professionalism and service. I have visited their shop on Eglinton and always greeted with courtesy and a smile. My questions were answered and samples provided. My most recent experience was to have a phantom screen installed on my front door. A price was quoted and the work done - as promised. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this purchase and the whole family are now enjoying the new phantom screen. The ordering, measuring and installation of our phantom screen door was flawless. The screen was installed within the time line I was given. the installer was friendly and very neat. He explained the usage and maintenance very throughly. I would highly recommend ordering your Phantom Screen through Ontario Screen Systems.

I conducted this purchase entirely over the phone, as an existing customer having purchased a screen last year for our back door. This time around it was the front door, same style, same color. They sent someone out to confirm the measurements, processed the order and installation was completed within 2 weeks. Excellent installation and excellent product. Spend the extra money on a Phantom screen and professional installation, you won't be disappointed.
