During a visit to The Hamilton Home show we spoke with one of the Phantom Screen salesmen and he gave us the name of the contact person to call to arrange a visit to our home to measure and give us an estimate. This was done in a very professional manner and and the order was given. Within three weeks (time stated) we received a call to set a date and time for the installation. Mike ,our service person arrived early and within a very short time had the job done and tidied up. He was very efficient and I would certainly use their services again and would be pleased to recommend them to any of my friends who are looking to replace their screen doors

We had a Phantom screen put on our front door. It was done within the time frame given when we ordered it. The installer was very professional and cleaned up before he left. We had the lock installed for extra security. We really like our screan and would recommend them.

The process to order the door was easy. Mike came out to measure the week of the request and the door was then installed a few weeks after. Mike was professional and proficient with the installation and even came back to switch out the locking mechanism (wrong colour) within a few days as promised :) The door (screen) itself is as good of a quality as we could expect and it performs great!

What a awesome screen door! I would recommend this company and their product to anyone! Mike the installer was all pro! and the door looks great. Nice to see there's still a company out there that cares about their product and the people that they're taking care of. Great Job A+++.

Sale and installation was all done in a timely manner. Our installer, Mike, arrived earler than expected as he knew we had a previously planned engagement. He was very courteous. His work area was very neat. He thoroughly explained the product.

Mike did an excellent job installing our door, he arrived when he said he was going to, explained everything in detail and was pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend him

The shop dropped the ball a couple of times, but the installer (Mike, who was very professional and thorough) got everything done properly. Everything works and looks great. These words are here just to fill up space.

Phantom screens are a great investment. They are extremely busy and I was informed 4 weeks before they would be installed. I did have to call the company twice before I was confirmed a installation date. The installer was professional and very tidy. Because of the location of where the screens were to be installed he layed drop sheets on the hard wood floor, had a mini van to clearn up afterwards and explaned how the screens operator, what ifs, etc. the warranty card is completed for you which is a nice touch. Very pleased.

I love my new screen doors. Mike did a great job. Excellent work. I will use Phantom Screens again. I need my back doors done and will be calling them soon..

Excellent job, from order to installation. Mike did a fantastic job, cleaned up and provided demo/maintenance information. Install was on time and completed in short order. Highly recommend the product and the sales/service team. Great work.
