Very happy with the company. Installed in time frame they indicated. Mike the installer was great!!! He thoroughly explained everything to us from top to bottom about the product, installation & taking care of it down the road. Excellent customer service from him. Very satisfied. Thanx!

Called head office in Mississauga, they were very helpful and honest. Advised that an installer would call to arrange an appointment and in less than an hour after I got off the phone he called and was at my house less than an hour after that. Andy explained everything and setup an install date that was when I wanted not when it was convenient for him. The night before the install which was a Sunday, Andy called to arrange for a time and again it was what time was best for me. He showed up on time and did a great job installing the screen and explaining its use to me. When he was done he even vacuumed my garage floor to clean up some small metal shavings. Great product and service.

Andy Jaffray, the installer, arrived on schedule. He was very well prepared and equipped. He efficiently installed / tested both doors and he cleaned up thoroughly. He showed us how best to maintain them and he explained the warranty. Andy represents his company extremely well. We are very pleased with our new Phantom Doors.

The door was installed on June 20, 2011. Mike Campbell did a great job installing and explaining everything about the door as well as cleaning up before leaving. The door looks and works great.

I had my retractable screen doors installed on June 9 by John at Phantom screens. He did a great job installed the doors and tidied up fast after completion with no mess which I was thankful for. He recommended getting them for the front doors too so I could get a cross breeze and it was something we had not thought of. I like the professionalism and friendliness John showed and I am always wowed when people ask for more business. The produce itself is amazing and we are so happy with it.

The installer, Mike Campbell was very efficient and explained what he was doing and how to operate the screen, and what our warranty included. He was very respectful and answered all the questions I had.

I was very happy with the service provided and the end product. From the initial estimate to how it all played out. It worked just as the sales person who provided the estimate stated-in terms of cost and timing. I was very impressed with the person who installed the screens for me. his name was Mark Gordon. Not only was he on time but he told me what he was doing at specific intervals and gave me advice on the product and care of the product.

Mike Campbell arrived today and installed my screen door in 1:30 hours. Mike was very efficient, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the product and the service. What a difference from a convential sliding screen. Don

Got my Phantom screen stalled today. Well worth the price. Ken who did the install in down town Toronto was great. Poor guy had to come back a few days later as he had a much better way to install it in my 100 year old home. My cousin installed one 10 years ago and has 4 kids. I thought if it can last that long with 4 kids then this is the screen for me. Thank you Phantom Screens & Ken. It looks great and it will save me money in the long run. Well worth it. Note: I was considering the $200 do it your self screen at Canadian Tire but after taxes and my bad luck with installing this stuff, I know it would not last.

Wonderful job, Mike was very nice and punctual. Explained everything when he was done and cleaned up when he finished. Excellent product, blends in perfectly. Easy to maintain. Highly recommended. Very smooth mechanism unlike the old screen door I had.
