Special thanks to Mike for instructions on maintaining and cleaning. This is the second screen on my second home. Will be ordering the larger screen when I do my addition next year.

Was supposed to be installed August 13th, went in AUGUST 31ST. Called several times but when finally up in touch with the installer ever thing smooth. Said he would be at my home @12:00 noon. When I arrived it was already 3/4's installed. Finished in another 15 minutes, friendly, experienced service, very happy with our new door, David Cordovi did the service, good man, very experienced, would deal with these people again.

Mike Campbell installed our phantom screen this morning. Just have to say what a pleasure it was to have Mike in our home. He was on time very polite, professional,clean and showed us how to keep the screen in good working order HOW REFRESHING- GREAT SERVICE- THANK YOU MIKE AND PHANTOM SCREENS

We've had the Phantom Screen for about 7-10 years now. t's been a wonderful thing for the back door, as I like to leave mine open for fresh air. Mike was quick, efficient and very polite. The screen works better now than it did when it was first installed!

We required a rescreen for our 10 year old door that the dog went through. We have never had a problem with our Phantom Screen door and would highly recommend the product. It's so nice to have a breeze, without the bugs, coming into the house. The best part is the hideaway door which never gets in your way and takes up no space. MIKE CAMPBELL also is to be highly recommended for his knowledgeable, efficient, courteous service. He pulled up exactly at 3pm yesterday as arranged, and after a friendly handshake when he introduced himself, got to work immediately. When he was done, he explained how to maintain the door to keep it working properly, as if this door was just installed for the first time and I was a new owner. He told me things that the original installer never told me! This impressed me because I didn't expect to get anything more than a replacement. Considering that it was a rescreening, I should already know how to take care of my door. Mike answered all my questions cheerfully and I really enjoyed speaking with someone who enjoys his work and the company he works for. If you are in his area, ask for him by name!

A visiting child decided to run out the front door and unfortunately through our screen door. It looked ruined. Mike Campbell from Phantom Screens was great in that he saved the screen and reinstalled the door in no time. Great job!

On August 22, 2010 Mr. Campbell came to reinstall a screen door at my residence. From the time I opened the door he was extremely pleasant and courteous. He was on time( a rare phenomena) and introduced himself, offered his hand and stated why he was here. He removed the door and reinstalled it in a quick and competent manner. He was respectful when entering the house and made sure I was totally happy with the results before he left. He explained the charges and informed me to get in touch with Phantom if I should encounter and problems in the future. An overall great experience, one that we don't see very often in this day and age. Carol Reid

Mike was right on time. He was very knowlegeable and after installation showed me exactly how it worked and went over the maintenance required. A very pleasant and refreshing change from some of my other contractors I have had in the past. Thanks Mike
