Mr. Campbell was polite, quick and tidy. He explained and demonstrated the product very well. I appreciated very much knowing what time he was coming. I wish all contracting experiences would be as easy.

Mike is very courteous, knowledgeble and quick! First off, Mike called to let me know that he was running late. When he arrived he got right to work. He was fast and efficient with the installation. He took the time afterwards to explain how the screen works and the warranty. He is knowledable on the product and great with customers!

Mike called to say he would be a little late. When he arrived in 45 minutes, I told him that I wished every service person was as close as he was. I have had some companies that are DAYS late. He went right to work, cleaned up everything after the installation and showed me how everything worked and what to do for maintenance or if I had any problems. Just a SUPER job.

He explained the service and warranty policies and how to look after the screen. All in all, a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends.

Mike installed screens on our front double door and two additional single doors. It was a hot humid day. He was professional, graciously accepted bottled water. The job was top notch in appearance, total clean up afterwards. He deserves a prize.

Mike was there exactly at the time that was scheduled, introduced himself and was very courteous of the fact that it was hot outside and the A/C was on and kept the door closed as much as possible. He completed the job in record time and left no mess to clean up. He explained the warranty and the after care treatment and left a bottle of silicone for future use.

Wayne came to install our Phantom Screen. He was very efficient, gave us instructions after the installation including care of product. He cleaned up after his installation. He was also very pleasant. We were very pleased with his service.

Phantom screens did a great job installing, installer showed up early and was fast and courteous. Job was done faster then expected. Will have them back to do more doors in the fall.
