    Fantastic service! Made an error in the msmt so had to get a new screen made and they were back in 2 daus!

    When came to install discovered a msmt error and were back in 2 days with the right sized screen! Knowledgeable installer..Highly recommend and great product that stands the rest of time

    Retractable Front Screen Door

    I am thrilled to have a retractable screen front door that provides a cross breeze through to my back open living space. Ontario Screen Systems were pleasant and efficient to deal with; they provided an approximate installation date of within 3 to 4 weeks and were absolutely on time, just when the weather was starting to cool down. The door is the perfect answer to my needs.

    Installation of Two Phantom Door Screens

    Phantom Screens came to install the door screens today. The installer was early, as he had a prior cancellation. The installer was courteous, and demonstrated how the screens open and close, and what we had to do to maintain the screens. We were very pleased with the installation quality, screen product quality, and service from the entire company. WE would recommend this company, and their products.!

    Phantom Screen door

    I needed to have the old Phantom screen replaced - it had been there for a long time and had some tears in it. I called the company and they gave me $100 credit because I already had their product. They removed the old one and installed the new one in half hour. The new product is improved because it has a latch in the handle. The technician was courteous and professional.

    Installation of a Phantom screen door

    Great door, Great service. From the time I called in for a quote and right up to the installation all good. Here when they said they would be and provided a very clean fast installation.

    Amazing work by Mike

    Phantom Screens took about 3-4 weeks from purchase date to install. At first the colour of the screen was incorrect, but they came back with the right colour after a few days. That was awesome because there was no trouble or issues at all in getting the right colour. Their most prized possession is their installer Mike. He's completely professional, did the installation above and beyond my expectations. He gave some sound advice on how to maintain the door and provided some lubricant. However, his work is super clean, everything was installed correctly, and he made adjustments where it was needed. Please Phantom Screens Company, take care of Mike the installer. He honestly made me super happy and the work he did was immaculate.

    Phantom Screen

    I love our Phantom screen. The installation was superb and everything was done on time and in a very professional way. They did not even have to enter our home. I highly recommend them!

    Front door Phantom Screen

    We have a beautiful front door that we didnt want hidden by a standard screen door.. the phantom screen allows the front door to be seen and also gives us the flexibility to have the front door open while using our phantom screen. It allows for great airflow through the house. Service was excellent and we were very pleased from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    Phantom Screens

    Because of having Phantom Screens for 20 years or more on our former house, we had them install two on our current apartment which has two entries to our balcony. The improvements made over the earlier version make this excellent product even more useful. We were pleased to recommend them to other tenants in this new condominium apartment.

    Watch out for warrenty or lack of waqrrenty

    Installed in June 2016. The frame has come loose due to the inadequate screws used for install. When I called for life lime warranty I was informed that the service call was $99.00. This was never disclosed when they gave me the sales pitch. Buyer beware, applies. Lost one customer. And referrals.
