    New Home A/C Install

    I have recently purchased a new home and I needed an air-conditioning system installed as soon as possible before the hot summer days arrived. I originally spoke with Victor and he started the process immediately. He sent over Hans to visit my new home to get the information to correctly size the system. Furthermore, a heat loss calculation was done to ensure that the right size air conditioner was installed. Victor took his time to discuss various pricing options. During the installation we were given options to ensure we were happy with our new unit. The job itself was neat and clean which is a plus in a new home. Victor even set up a follow-up visit to ensure we were completely satisfied with their service and with our new unit. I have to say they did a phenomenal job. The unit was truly a perfect fit for our new home and each part of the house felt like an igloo this past weekend, when we really needed it. I highly recommend Premi-Air.

    Residential A/C Install

    We recently moved into a new home in a new development. We were skeptical to buy from door-to-door suppliers who were all offering bargain basement prices. We did our research and then contacted Premi-AIR. In the end, we definitely made the right choice. Premi-Air completed a heat loss calculation within 5-business days to ensure that the right size air conditioner was recommended for our home. Victor is awesome. He knows his HVAC business. He even explained the benefit of adding a combustion air pipe to the furnace to ensure our system was as safe and efficient as it could be. Marco and Andrew did a great job installing. They were neat and clean and made sure to protect our new hardwood floors. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They even gave us options during the installation to ensure we were happy throughout the process. These guys even did a follow-up visit to explain not only how the air conditioner worked but also walked us through how our whole HVAC system works and what to do for maintenance in the future. They didn’t even install our furnace but they were happy to provide information. Thanks Premi-Air team.

    heat pump repair

    It was a cold Jan afternoon and our heating in the home suddenly shut down. Me and my husband began calling for estimates and many companies mentioned that they would not be able to send out a repair man till a day or two. Premi-Air Heating and Air conditioning was the one company which was able to provide us with a definite date and competitive price.

    New Geothermal HVAC System

    We are continually upgrading our home to conserve energy and make use of renewable energy technologies. Thus we peppered Premi-Air with many questions, and our priorities were different from most customers. Joe was always patient and answered our questions honestly and accurately, even responding to e-mail on Saturday night. From start to finish, the job was handled professionally. All the workers in various trades seemed to really care about the quality of the job. There is a lot of paperwork involved in a geothermal system, since there are good government grants available. Premi-Air was very helpful in this regard as well. We're happy with our new system - it seems magic that our house is being heated by the soil beneath our snowy yard!

    Heating, AC, Air Purification

    After a complete renovation of my home there is only one sub-contractor I plan to enter into a service contract. Joe has addressed our concerns and issues and took the time to come to our home and explain how our heating and cooling systems work. Joe is fair and reasonable to deal with; would highly recommend.

    Furnace service

    It's a bitter November day and my furnace has been off for 30 hours. Coming off my fifth call to customer service with another company I needed someone who was interested in actually solving my problem. I found Premi-Air due their rating on this site. My call was answered and I was transferred right away to Victor who made me his eyes and hands, diagnosed my problem, and solved it in under 10 minutes. No service call and the heat is back! I will be asking them to quote the new furnace I know I'll need in the next 2-3 years.

    furnance replacement

    Premi installed our new high efficiency furnance and reworked some duct work. There were some issues with parts being delayed (though they knew of our install two months in advance) and with scheduling but otherwise the experience was great. We worked with Jack, and he was very pleasant and professional.

    remove oil burner and tank, intall gas burner

    Premi-Air replaced our oil burner with a gas burner, took care of the removal of the old system, and installed a new gas barbeque. It is an exceptionally fine company to work with. Staff are professional, highly informed about their product, reliable, on-time and on-schedule, exceedingly conscientious, and pleasant. Joseph Simon is a good communicator with those who do not understand the work, and is genuinely enthusiastic about the value and ingenuity of the product. When even a slight problem arises, the company responds immediately, and does not give up until it is diagnosed and solved. Top marks!

    New Furnace Install

    It was a cold day in March 2008....the furnace stops working...I call 6 repair people, Premi is the only one to be able to show up in short notice. They come within 2 minutes of when they said they would...with a very knowlegeable repair guy...furnace was dead. They were able to have someone at the house at 9am the next morning to install the new furnace ! Very nice people, knowledgeable reapir guys, and imagine, they even show up on time ! I would use them again (hopefully I won't have to) in a heartbeat !

    New Furnace - purchase and installation

    I recently had my furnace replaced by Premi-Air. The entire experience was very positive. From the original assessment to the quote to the booking and especially the installation. Everyone was professional, pleasant and helpful. The work was top notch and they left the house spotless. I recommend Premi-Air.
