I am a realtor working in the Toronto/Thornhill area. Two of my clients needed some extensive work done to their recently purchased homes. Both houses were in older parts of the city. Servisol took the project of finishing a basement that was wet and dank and provided the whole process from new bathroom, leveling floors ,drywalling changing roomsizes etc. The other house needed a full bathroom in the attic area, in a small space. Servisol again provided their expertise. I would recommend Servisol for any renovation or repair work needed in a home. Their professionalism, wonderful workmen and great organization skills will save you money, improve your home and give you a reliable company to always use. You too will be recommending them soon.

We have used Servisol for a number of projects. Most recently fencing and relaying of patio stones. Their contractors are reliable, easy to work with and do a great job. We plan to use them again.

I have used Servisol for many projects including roofing, plumbing, alteration and general maintenance. I have always found them to be most professional in their approach, keeping to budgets, tidying up after themselves, and just "getting the job done right".

Replaced an old shower with an open glass front, retiled the walls and floor and installed a new vanity. We had quotes from a few companies but were never quite comfortable with any of them until we met Bruce. We got good advice, using his experience and are very pleased with the end result. The care shown in keeping the rest of the house clean and protected was exceptional.

We have dealt with Servisol for over eighteen years. We have had our basement refinished. Over the years they have also worked on our home doing painting, electrical and plumbing jobs. Our latest project was rewiring and refurbishing our garage. Their service is always excellent. We can recommend them without hesitation!

Over four years and five home improvement projects, Servisol has provided professional service and quality workmanship,in a timely, friendly, reliable, no-hassle manner. We are sold on their total approach. Bruce assesses the job we want done, clarifies options for us, and presents a written contract clearly outlining work to be done and costs. Servisol then provides and coordinates whatever trades are required for the job, our most recent one needing painter, carpenter and electrician. All tradesmen have been friendly and competent. project involved covering in a light well, moving a banister, extending and matching existing hardwood floor, replacing a toilet and various plaster and paint "touch-ups" for the finished project. Very pleased with service and coordination of the various trades -begun and completed on schedule, even when the renovation appeared more complicated than originally expected. Completely satisfied with the completed project and we'll happily engage Servisol for future renovations...

This company has done numerous projects and repairs in my home for 15 years. They have always done highly qualitative work and been extremely responsive to all our needs. They are very accommodating, work on time and with great quality. Their staff are all excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always stand by their work and are extremely honest. Over the many jobs they have done, I have never had a bad experience with them. I wish all companies one deals with were like this one.
