    Gas Fireplace

    My first time using Shiptons. Wes came and did a great job to get my Gas fire working. He was very professional and kind. And did a great job. I was so impressed I have taken out maintenance coverage. With Shiptons to cover the Furnace and Air Conditioner.. Sorry I didnt know Shiptons years ago. Better late than never..!! Esther

    Furnace Fireplace maintenance

    A while back I had Wes. My water heater stop heating water. He was great fixing the problem. I had him back today for my Furnace Fireplace maintenance. Shipton's was great changing my appointment. Wes was wonderful. My furnace and fireplace is good for another winter. Thanks Wes

    Radiator repair

    I had been a repeat customer of another heating and cooling company but when I went back to them to fix another leaking rad, I paid for a quote that turned out to be bogus, citing that I had TWO more leaking radiators, and the cost triple the amount I paid for the 1st repair. When I challenged them, they refused to return my calls/emails, which turned out to be a good thing because that's when I discovered the professionals at Shipton's. Brian (aka Dave!) came in and did a thorough inspection, diagnosing the problem immediately. When the parts were in, he and assistant Ralph came in and completed the job quickly, restoring the heat in my home. Every single step of the way I was treated with respect by Brian, who went over and above to help me during a very difficult time, as did Ralph and dispatcher Eddie. If I could give 100 stars, I would!! Thank you so much guys!!!

    AC Fix

    The guys from Shiptons were just here to fix our AC unit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Came same day as I called and I am very thankful they were able to get it up and running.

    Air conditioning

    Wow! Cost me 150.00 to then be told the next day that they were too busy to put in a new AC system. They wouldn't even give us a price. Had their home comfort specialist come in this morning and she knew absolutely nothing about AC unit. What a waste of time and money

    Repair to boiler furnace

    On March 31/23, Brian came to assess my boiler that was running but had no heat. He determined that it was the igniter assembly. He had the replacement part in the truck and it was a quick fix. Very happy with Brian's service and the good outcome. Thanks, Brian! I appreciate Shipton's good service late on a Friday afternoon. Thanks, Barb in Grimsby

    Furnace repair

    My furnace has been running unreliably of late. It was serviced on Friday and worked fine until this morning. The house was 65 degrees. Adrian arrived shortly after my distress call and determined that the problem was not the sensor nor the intake pipes, but the pressure switches. He ordered them and said it may take a day or 2 for them to arrive. I then received a call mid-afternoon to see if I was going to be at home as they had located the necessary switches. He was back in a jiffy and quickly installed them. He went out of his way to be friendly and reassuring, even with my dog. I appreciated his skill and determination to have the repair completed ASAP.     annual furnace checkup and filter replacement

    Stephen is the epitome of politeness and professionalism. He is very thorough with his work and written assessments, very forthcoming with suggestions. He made us very comfortable and not pressured but left us well informed with options. Shiptons always have the finest staff in every area. Happy customer for 13 years

    Boiler annual maintenance

    Very pleased with the thorough job done by your worker, Peter. He inspected all facets of the system, including checking the exhaust vent outside of the building. Hope hes around next year to do the same great job! Doug Hazlett
