I saw the then maybe 3 or 4 good reviews of Smart Roofing in this website last year. I called them and Bob, a genuinely nice guy, gave me the quote. I had to admit his was not the lowest but among those I approached, he did an excellent job answering my questions about having a turbine installed and giving recommendations. So Smart Roofing eventually replaced the shingles of my 18-year old house in late August 2007. The crew of three was very professional and friendly and the cleanup they did was exceptional - no nails or shingle parts anywhere. They even cleaned the gutters! Even the guy who delivered and picked up the trash bin took extra care not to ruin my freshly paved driveway. I told myself I'd wait until a few rainy days had passed before writing a review and then I totally forgot about it. Fall and winter passed and no leaks. And my house is a few degrees cooler now because of the turbine. All I can say is they take care of their customers. I called them recently to ask for the name of a company they could recommend for fascia repairs and the lady on the phone, after she had determined that I was an old customer, gladly accomodated my request. It's good to know that there is always a number you can call and be looked after if something goes wrong with your roof.

We had Smart Roofing re-do the roof on our 19 year old house. Their price was not the lowest, but very competitive - we decided to go with them based on our impressions from our meeting with Mario, the sales rep, and also from the reviews on this site. They also offered a 10 year workmanship warranty, which many others did not. They were able to schedule the work quickly, they showed up when promised, and the work was done efficiently and with good attention to detail.

After getting quotes from 4 reputable roofing companies I called Smart roofing. We were very please from the start after meeting Gerry and receiving his quote. He gave us a great price and did everything he said that they would do. He visited us a week after job was completed to make sure we were happy with everything before he wanted payment on the balance. The roofing crew was great and paid extra attention with regards to any concerns we had. When the aluminum & eavestroughs were installed again we got exceptional work and service. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to any one in the market for a new roof or aluminum & eavestroughs.

After getting 3 quotes from companies along came Bob from "Smart Roofing" with not only the best quote but with lots of information, ready to answer my questions and all with a smile. The work was done on time and when all was said and done you the place was cleaned to perfection. Bob even came back to inspect the job. WELL DONE GUYS

From the moment we met Mario, we knew we'd found our roofer. He is an extremely knowledgeable roofer and not to mention that fact that he is polite and well mannered. No Gimmick what-so-over. He listened, and went off to the roof and quietly did what he had to do and gave a competitive price quote. My husband was set on giving Mario the contract even after we received 2 quotes much lower than Smart Roofing. We knew we couldn't go wrong with Mario and the products he offered. His crew came early Friday morning, got on with their work and was done by 9 pm the same day, did a wonderful clean up job despite the darkness. There are several other contractors working in our neighbourhood, who were paying close attention to their workmanship during the day, and we were not disappointed by all their glowing reviews of these amazing roofers. Thank you Mario and to your amazing crew. We can now sleep peacefully for years to come.

Within 15 minutes of meeting Bob from Smart Roofing I knew he was the man for the job. No pressure no BS and very friendly,offered up lots of information and also encouraged us to get more quotes. The crew arrived early in the morning and had the job done very quickly, the workers were very friendly and courteous and myself being a tradesman they did a great job(complete) no cutting corners like some companies try and do. In conclusion Bob also followed up and had a look after the job was done and had said if we ever have any problems to call him direct. Thanks Smart roofing and thanks BOB!! I had my roof done by Smart Roofing in August. Their quoting was professional, very clear on what work was to be done. My roof and aluminum eavestrough, downspout and fascia were all completed in 1 1/2 days. Everything was cleaned up and no hassle working with them. A satisfying experience.

Working with Jerry was fun and enjoyable. He came to assess my roof, gave suggestions on how to fix the problems and gave a competitive price quote. He was always available to answer my many questions and concerns. The installers arrived on time, were curteous, and like Jerry answered all my inquiries with politeness, patience, and professionalism. They are true craftsmen who didn't rush through the job just to get to the next one. Of all the previous re-roofing jobs I have had, not one roofer took the time to crimp the edges of the flashing so it would sit flush against the wall like the craftsmen at Smart Roof. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend them. The roof looks great.
