Booked movers for the Canada Day long weekend about two weeks in advance. Customer service was very friendly and courteous. Fast forward to the Saturday of the move. Two movers arrived 15 minutes late. Not a big deal but there was another party waiting to use the service elevator in the apartment building so it was a bit embarrassing. Other than that, the movers did a great job. Wrapped everything, and aside from minor damage on a corner of a wardrobe, everything arrive in great shape. Overall all a good experience, would recommend again. Perhaps a bit pricey based on how little furniture I had to move but high rates seem to be standard around Toronto.

Tender touch took great with our furniture. They were friendly, courteous, and careful. I would strongly recommend that you double check that the receptionist wrote down your address correctly. Luckily, I called in early and it had been taken down incorrectly. This could have been a big glitch. But the actual movers were perfection and otherwise the company would have rated a 10+.

All in all my move day could have been a very pleasant one. My moving crew of three showed up on time, worked hard, and were very good to me and my furniture - professional all the way. The disappointing part of my experience was that when the sales person came to my house he told me that I would be very close to being at the limit - about 90%, and that they would be sending the biggest truck they had in order to do their best to make sure it all fits. My mistake was not getting him to put this in writing. Instead on move day I was sent a 26 foot truck instead of a 28 foot truck, and I was 2 feet worth of storage short causing the movers to have to go back for a second trip and for me to have to pay about $500 more. I emailed the company my compliant and they didn't even respond, so move good, company bad.

Movers were very friendly and helpful with moving my mom's estate contents, and one of them did a great job of packing a storage unit -- the stuff filled it up to the ceiling, walls and door!

This is the second time that Tender Touch Moving and Storage have helped to move me to a new home. They were a fantastic company to deal with and really took extra care of my things. Nothing was damaged and everything was moved in record time! All pieces were wrapped and cared for at every step of the move. My movers, Marcus, Scott and Kristian were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for me to make the move effortless. I would definitely recommend these movers and company to anyone who wants to ensure that their belongings are packaged and arrive safe and sound. Marco, Dimello, Brian, and Scott made our move a positive experience. They were warm and friendly, efficient, and extremely hard working. We had unexpected delays on the highway and closing our new home and they worked well past their anticipated day without complaint. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Professional, pleasurable, and worth every penny.

Tender Touch was excellent in providing a service for us. The customer service rep. was very professional and knowledgable. The only problem we had was 1 mover left suddenly without notice to us but the remaining movers worked incredibly hard, efficient, came prepared and company pro-rated the expense of losing one person.

Moving from Parry Sound Ontario to Squamish B.C. and used Tender Touch as the agent who was prompt, courteous, and their estimate came in very close to actual cost of move. They used Great Canadian Van Lines to take our furniture to B.C. The movers called ahead and picked up our furniture right on time. They were thorough, professional and very nice men. Put down drop clothes on the stairs and gave me a full inventory list that matched mine. Told me how the move would proceed and the furniture arrived in Squamish on the date as promised. My daughter received the furniture that went into storage unit. We are still in Ontario and had to rely on my daughter and everything went smoothly. No worries - would use them again. We were very satisfied with the service that Tender Touch provided. As the move was actually sometime last year (this review is delayed), we can't remember who helped us move. However, they were professional and prepared. One thing I will note is that our dining table is a slab table with natural edges - we did have to go back and forth quite a bit about whether this would be covered by insurance as the guys were hesitant to move it (without excluding it from the insurance), concerned the natural cracks in the wood would cause it to split apart in transit...in the end it all worked out but there was a bit of discussion which was an inconvenience. All pieces arrived as they should, with the exception of parts of our Ikea wardrobe the guys left behind in the truck. We notified Tender Touch a day or two later and ask them to cover the cost of replacement; luckily they found the items in their truck and dropped them off to us quickly after. So overall, a few kinks but in the end everybody was happy. I would recommend them, and I would still call them again next time if we had to move.

Pedro, Peter and Scott moved us from house to condo. They were highly efficient, wrapped all our fragile items and furniture to both protect and keep them clean. They finished the job in record time which kept the cost affordable. The experience was a pleasure and we would highly recommend Tender Touch Movers to anyone relocating. Thank you; Judy and Ennio
