This was the 4th time that I've used Tender Touch moving, and was thrilled when I found out that not only do they do local Toronto moves, but also could handle my move to Ottawa. They arrived on time, took care in wrapping up all of my furniture with extra pads so that nothing would get scratched or broken, and really treated my stuff as if it was theirs. Also, for long distance moves, they inventory every single item they move, so you know that if they've left with 105 items, they'll be showing up with those 105 items, as you sign-off on each item as it comes through the door. They also dissassembled and reassembled my larger furniture which allowed me to sleep in my own bed within hours of moving in, and lent me picture boxes and wardrobe boxes so I wouldn't have to buy them myself (I mean, who wants to buy giant boxes like that when you'll only use them once!?) Overall, super pleased with Tender Touch. Have referred them to a number of friends, and will continue to do so. Price-wise, they are also quite competitive. I had gotten another quote from another leading long-distance mover, and I was quoted about twice as much as what Tender Touch quoted (and ultimately charged) me. Overall, I think my quote was only off by 1 hour, which was fair given I know I underestimated on how many boxes I had to move, and also didn't realize that one of my couches would need to be carried up 4 flights of stairs because it didn't fit in my new condo's elevator!

Moving is certainly a stressful day but the crew who arrived at my home were fantastic. Justin came first to provide an accurate quote and they even sent a second truck "just in case" as it appeared I may fill up the 28ft originally planned. 401 Traffic is ..well.. 401 traffic, accident first thing in the morning delayed the move by a couple of hours but Tender Touch dispatch was contact with me so I knew what was going on and when they would arrive. Everything made it to Brampton in 1 piece and was rapidly unloaded into the new house in each room we asked them to be. These guys were fantastic and thorough in the job provided, hey they even had to move all my bags of cement, piles of lumber & tools which is no easy task. There were a couple of things marked during the move and few of my plants didn't quite make it, but overall great experience. Thanks for the move Tender Touch, appreciate the service!

Can't say enough good things about Tender Touch Moving & Storage. SO organized, so professional, and genuinely lovely people - a real blessing on a stressful move day! I had a couch that simply was NOT fitting up the stairs, and it would have been completely reasonable for them to say "tough luck". But they stuck with it, figured it out, and actually got it up there - super carefully at that! I'm so glad I booked them. I would refer Tender Touch Moving & Storage to anybody. I used Tender Touch to pack and move my 3 bedroom house in Scarborough to Pickering. Justin provided a quick and reasonable quote for services and was in touch with me for any questions I had, A team of 3 packers were very thorough and kept me involved to ensure I was satisfied. The move the next day went well and our belongings arrived safe and the movers made sure they did not simply put down boxes anywhere, they were moved to specific rooms which made things much easier to setup after. I would recommend Tender Touch to ensure a piece of mind when moving as it can be a very stressful time.

I chose Tender Touch movers to move my parents into their new condominium in Toronto. Considering that I live in Edmonton, I had to resort to the internet search to find a reliable moving company. I decided to go with Tender Trouch movers mainly because of the very good comments I read from others (and despite a slightly higher charges). On the day of the move, the movers showed up on time, packed everything very quickly and efficiently, and had the whole move completed within 4 hours. My mom called me to tell me that she had never had such a smooth move! I was extremetly please (and relieved) that Tender Touch Movers lived up to their reputation.

This is the 2nd time I have moved with Tender Touch. The guys were on time and prompt. Both moves have been amazing the guys went the extra mile to make sure everything was well protected and moved properly. If/ when I move again I will be using Tender Touch once again!!!!

Such a great experience moving with Tender Touch. Elvis, Pedro & Devon were amazing and really made the move a breeze. This was my first big move and I couldn't be happier with the results. These 3 took care of my property as if it was their own and everything arrived intact! They took great care to package every item and ensure that it wouldn't be damaged en route. They even helped set up a dining table that was dropped off the day before. They were professional, courteous and the reason why I will be referring Tender Touch to my friends & family. Had a fabulous experience with Tender Touch Moving; moving is stressful enough without having to worry about the movers breaking things, or working slowly. The crew did a great job, and I would recommend this company.

Based largely on these HomeStars reviews, we booked Tender Touch to move all our basement "stuff" into storage while we did a renovation. Amazing experience. The service included packing every box -- numbering and itemizing to a list -- carting it to their locker, storing it... 9 months later (3 days ago) it all came back without a hitch. (It was even the same mover who had taken everything a year before; he remembered which parts of the room the items had come from!) Great customer service; up-front with costs; friendly. I strongly recommend these folks.

International Stone is Marble and Granite Company. We have used Tender Touch for various moving projects and they have earned our confidence and trust by providing professional service with a personal "touch". On time, well mannered staff, handling with care at a resonable cost. We have used Tender Touch to deliver finished Granite items such as table bases or tops and recently, move our office desks and equipment during a renovation. When we arrived at our other location, the office was set up and ready for us to continue business effortlessly. If I was not surprised, I would not have taken the time to write my recommendation.
