We have moved every three years and Tender Touch were our fourth movers. Blew every one else we had used in the past away. Estimated cost was bang on. We had the best crew ever (Phil, Justin, Glenn and Freddie were awesome). Tipped these guys a bunch of money for handling everything with "Tender Touch". No guff, no fuss and I don't think they stopped for lunch even though the move was four guys, two trucks and 10.5 hours long. Everything handled carefully and would recommend these guys to anyone. Do yourself a favour and hire them! You will not be disappointed.

I hired this company on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish Tender Touch were very friendly, helpful and went beyond the call of duty. Moving can be very stressful but Freddie, Elvis and Karim kept the mood cheerful and got all my stuff out of the old place and into the new place in record time (despite a snowstorm and a long journey from the truck into the new building.) I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone I know is moving.

I recently moved and used the Tender Touch Moving and Storage company. I have nothing but positive feedback to say about the company. From my initial contact with Maria who provided me with detailed information on using their service (all costs associated with the move were presented upfront), to the actual move itself. The movers Wayne, Kareem and Elvis worked very efficiently and treated my belongings with the utmost care. I had no regrets that I chose Tender Touch Moving and Storage company to move my personal items.

We moved my son's belongings, yesterday, December 14th., which were stored at Tender Touch for over a year,to our Mount-Royal home. The two gentlemen who unloaded the truck were polite, efficient,took care of our home while moving the furniture.Congratulations to these two gentlemen!

We have used Tender Touch in our last couple of moves and they have been absolutely fabulous. The crew arrived on time, was extremely professional, protected all our floors and stair banisters and wrapped all our furniture and art up very well. We moved all our items to the new home with no damage whatsoever. The movers were friendly and courteous and also extremely thoughtful and considerate. I would highly recommend these movers to anyone who is looking to hire a mover. I have used other moving companies in the past and none have come close to the service provided by Tender Touch.

We were moving homes within Toronto and moved into a new home. It was very important that we booked reputable movers as we didn't want anything to go wrong given the new house was brand new and in perfect condition. We had 2 movers from Tender Touch, Wayne and Justin. I refer to them as angels! I'm quite picky and particular and I never expected to be even satisfied but Wayne and Justin far exceeded my expectations. They have their process down to a science, laying runners everywhere in the old and new house. Wrapping all furniture, wrapping handrails etc. Every detail was thought of and care was taken in every step of the process. Thank you Tender Touch and Wayne and Justing for caring for our belongings as though they were their own.

This was my 3rd time using these guys. My last move was a doozy, with hoists required to get furniture in to a 3 story townhouse so I wanted someone I could trust to get us moved out. I had three companies quote and Tender Touch was very competitive, especially after the repeat-customer discount. Maria was very helpful. On moving day they showed up on time with 5 guys and 2 trucks. Very personal and professional crew. They all introduced themselves and took great care in packing up and loading the truck. At the new house, the same care was taken in the unload. Alas a few hoists were required at the new location, and even after working hard for the last 5-6 hours, they threw themselves in to the task. The only caveat is that I'm always surprised by the final bill. Still reasonable, but it's always been a good 20-30% higher than the original quote. They seem to under-estimate the time to keep the estimate low. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the. To friends and family.

Tender Touch admin staff replied quickly and effectively with both telephone and email contact leading up to the day of the move. The moving staff arrived promptly and assisted me in leftover packing, respectfully working around my newborn, dog and the difficult parking situation. They worked diligently and were very pleasant throughout both moving out and setting up and in our new family home several streets away. There were no surprises, no breakages, no stress. I highly recommend them for this type of service, nothing like the horror stories reported about less reputable companies.

TTM recently moved my three twentie-somethings to three different locations and each move was done in professional, efficient and courteous manner. From Maria in the office to the "two Mike's" that did the move things went very smoothly. When I compared the cost of a previous move of similar size and distance to this one, Tender Touch was significantly cheaper. A job well done!

With my previous nightmare experience with a mover in Toronto (Best Price means worst service), I had waited until two weeks before our closing date to book a mover. This time, I did a LOT of research and asked around for referrals. Based on everything I read/heard, I decided to go with Tender Touch. We were very pleased with the move overall. Our crew: Mike (foreman), Demelo, and I've forgotten the third man's name. They were all friendly, efficient, and very responsive to my stress/concerns about certain items being moved, and about my new hardwood floors. Mike was very businesslike, and kept the others and the move on track. Positive: Showed up on time, wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, loaded and unloaded very fast. Very careful with the hardwood floors and wrapped all the railings and banisters. Erika and Maria were very pleasant to deal with and very reassuring. Negative: A couple items (couch, bookshelf) did not get wrapped completely (small areas), or the wrapping separated, which resulted in some scuffing/minor damage. (Ikea bookshelf = easily damaged = I don't blame the movers.) A few major gouges on the walls at the new house from moving large items. Maybe they were going TOO fast?! (Fortunately, we had not yet painted so that can be fixed when we decide to paint.) The men stopped to have lunch along the way. It was a 'long-distance' move (Toronto to Alliston, ON), so it went from approx. 8 - 2ish. Now, I don't begrudge anyone a meal, and certainly don't want hungry people moving my stuff, but I wasn't impressed that I had to pay them while they stopped and ate. I wasn't informed of this beforehand, either. Minor charge for packing tape on the invoice. Not a lot ($12), and I didn't mind paying it, I just don't remember it being quoted. In summary, it was a very low-stress move, due in large part to the movers being great to deal with, and I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
