    33 windows and 1entrance door system

    I am very impressed with the job that Steve and his crew completed at my house. They were exceptionally professional, friendly and efficent. I would definately recommend them to anyone. Ps. Salesman Steve Mercer is truely a man of his word. I would highly recommend thermo bilt to anyone.Thanks for the great job !!!

    Siding, windows, door, and patio door

    In the fall i had all the windows and doors in my house changed by Thermo bilt. 20 windows a front door and patio door in kitchen. The salesman Adrion was very good in explaining everything the job entailed. They told me installation would be 3 to 4 weeks after signing of contract, due to busy time of the year. It was ready in 19 days. I could not believe it. The crew who did the work was very clean, punctual and courteous. I am so happy i feel like i won the lottery. Everyone that comes to my house compliments the new windows and doors. I recommended them to my sister in woodbridge and my brother in oshawa. They are both waiting for there orders to be installed. P.S Just spoke to brother, he went to door factory to view his door and fell in love. He wanted to bring it home that day. :)

    Replacement of All Windows and Doors

    Don't the salesmen for this company fool you, this company does not honor their warranty. When I complained to ThermoBilt about mold around the caulking of the windows and the door seal coming out. It took them 3 months before they would even respond back to me. When they finally came out they replaced the door seal with what it looks like to be a scrap piece left over which was later discovered to have a tear in it. The caulking was redone only at the bottom of the windows and after a few days they started to separate from the sill. I again contacted them but they refused to respond back. I then attempted to settle the matter with the BBB but ThermoBilt refused to correct the matter and BBB closed the case???? Don't let them sucker you into doing work on your place!!!!

    Dear Mr. Barradas I am sorry to hear that you are still having problems with mold invading the caulking. As we explained to BBB the mold that developed throughout the bathroom and the bedroom windows are due, in part, to poor ventilation. The original caulking that was used or applied by the crew was removed by our technician and replaced. The interior caulking we use is latex and is mold/mildew resistant as stated by the manufacturer on the label. The installer also advised the homeowner that the caulking is mold/mildew resistant not mold/mildew proof. There are always extenuating circumstances beyond our control that will encourage mold/mildew growth (high humidity, poor air circulation, existing mold spores in the building and/or behind the walls, etc.). I would strongly suggest to you to visit the website of the federal government office www.chmc.ca In closing, we cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control such as mold growth inside your home. We have done thousands of jobs with no complaint regarding mold growth inside their homes.

    Patio door and kitchen windows

    My mother needed to replace her windows so we requested a free no obligation estimate from Thermo-Bilt. When the sales rep came by he explained the difference between the all the types of windows and the different payment options. Overall the experience was great so she signed the contract. We recently had the windows installed and we have no complaints the job was well done and so was the customer service. I would recommend Thermo-Bilt to anyone.

    New living room window and window in stairwell

    Neil (salesman) came to our house to quote on the windows. Very nice guy. He even came back a second time after we changed our minds on window style. He was very happy to return and re-quote the job. Windows were promised within 4 weeks and with 2.5 weeks we got a call they were ready and installed. The installation was done by Yuri. He did a good job, especially since he did the install all by himself. His helper called in sick the day he was to install our windows. He even came back to perfect the most minor details. I would definitely recommend Thermo-Bilt!

    new windows and front doors

    My husband and I had just bought a new home the windows and doors were sort of damage,a friend recommented Thermo-Built at first we were unsure but she assure us this company has great service and friendly workers, we call in and place a order and within 4 weeks we had everything done to a satisfaction.

    Front Bay Window & Sliding Patio Door

    All I can say is WOW. Steve our salesman was courteous and professional. His knowledge of the window industry and his product was very impressive. More importantly, the job was done on time and the finish was everything I expected and more. The crew that came and did our project were very careful to put tarps down in all the work areas and treated our home with great respect. The price was fair, the workmanship exceptional, the quality is unsurpassed. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Thermo-Bilt and their team to do your job - I know you'll be glad you did - I am!!

    Windons & Doors

    We had replaced in are house 10 windows and the front door .Had five estimate and choose Thermo-Bilt Windows,which was a excelent choice my husband and I were very pleased with all the products that they brought. And the technicions Steve, Ernie, and Jason were very profesional, helpfull, and very friendly!     Window & Doors

    Thermobilt was a great company to work with. They're installers were magnificent! I am a very detail-oriented person and the workers did a great job in installing the windows and door in my house according to my standard. They were patient and they listened and came through with everything I had requested to be done. And talk about clean! I am most impressed of the precise work this company did and I will definitely sign up with them in the future. Great work Thermobilt!

    Windows and door replacement

    My wife and I decided to replace 15 windows and 3 doors in our house. The sales person Steve was very professional and helpful; He made lots of good suggestions. The price was good and product was high quality. These are the reasons we picked Thermo-Bilt Windows and Doors! The installation crew (Dave) was friendly, professional and they were in my house for 2 days till the job was completed. I strongly recommend this company, because they met all my expectations. Thermo Bilt is the best choice!
