I relied upon the advise. Sold me discontinued. I got problem after 8 weeks of installation, It is very hard to get replacement parts. same Toilet in the market available $1975. Their prices are very Hight and customer service is bad. I bought from Etobicoke Location more than total $10k item.

Tubs supplied all the bathroom fixtures for our gut renovation in 2017 and we were very happy with their service and prices. However what really sets them apart is their follow-through post-purchase. Three years after our renovation, our shower handle broke from regular wear and tear. Paul was able to replace this part free of charge through the manufacturer's warranty, no questions asked. Most places would have turned us away, but Paul at Tubs really came through!

We had bought shower faucets from TUBS more than 8 years ago & recently 2 of the 3 cartridges started to leak. I went to the Toronto location & I explained my situation to Paul at the counter. Paul was kind enough to help me, he phoned the supplier & told me to send photos of the items & advised me to change all 3 cartridges. He was able to source the parts for me, retailed at $400, free of charge. PAUL was AMAZING, and I thank him, since I had lost the receipts. If you want excellent service, I highly recommend this location. This review is by B. BUTT.

I purchased a floor model shower panel since that was the only one available. It was not working properly or tested prior to purchase. After plumbers spent hours trying to install it, we went back to the store for it to be tested. Hot water was not working so it was 'half' tested - but hot water is needed to test it so make sure hot and cold come out! We were told it was working, but it wasn't..and plumbers came to install but still not working. We went back again!! and they tested it finally. So the THIRD time my plumber came, it worked! I am now stuck with a huge plumbing bill. Trying to speak to management but not going anywhere. I DO NOT recommend this store.

I visited this store and spoke with Paul. I did a bathroom renovation Paul was very informative and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Pointed out a lot of ideas and I feel happy that I found this place . Thank you Paul for the good service

Very dissatisfied. Worked with Paul. Products promised to arrive April 6 2020 it is now April 16 and I have not heard a word. Despite leaving numerous voicemails, no response. Now the company's voicemail box is full and its impossible to follow-up. Poor business practices, staff, service and based on other reviews, likely products too. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I purchased kitchen, bathroom and shower faucets in 2007. Lifetime warranty. Now I have problems with two of the faucets. Have sent several emails and made phone calls to TUBS. Still no response. Very poor business practice!

We are still in installation mode so I hope that we have no issues with the actual product, but I am not impressed with the way they sell their product. Foremost is that we were sent a box that had been already opened and then shipped to us with missing parts. My contractor contacted Tubs and was told that if she wanted to have the parts quickly she would have to go and pick them up herself in Etobicoke. I am not impressed that opened boxes are sent to customers that have paid for a new product. I feel that my contractor should be reimbursed the mileage she drove to have the parts that she needed. This should be their responsibility--they've held up and lengthened our renovation. Just as an FYI, they should tell customers that they need to help the delivery person carry in the items and that items have to be inspected before the driver leaves your home. This is in the fine print, as I discovered after the fact not at the time of payment.

This review pertains to Mr. Gagandeep Singh from the Brampton location. I walked into the store at the beginning of September with no idea where to start in planning for a new bathroom for my house. Mr. Gagan greeted me and we began chatting, he was patient in pointing all that is need for a bathroom, tiles, faucets, vanity etc and provided me with an estimate with no pressure to buy anything. I took his estimate and his plan to coordinate the bathroom and discussed with my contractor, next day i was back in the store to make the purchase. During the time of renovation of this bathroom Mr. Gagan took time to answer any questions my contractors would have, in the end the bathroom ended up exactly the way we planned it and i am a very happy customer thanks to Mr. Gagan. I was so satisfied with Tubs Brampton products and service that ended up renovating another bathroom in my house later in the month. If you are looking for good customer service and innovative ideas for any bathroom renovations, go see Mr. Gagan at the Brampton location.

I just wanted to give a great shout out to the Brampton location. We had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at this location. Tarik went above and beyond for us in getting what we wanted and staying within our budget. He had great ideas, suggestions and solutions to offer us.
