    Bathroom Reno

    These guys are beyond bad. The showroom has loads of stuff but what they dont tell you is that 90% of it is not in stock. SO - if you purchase something odds are it will be classified as "special order" - the WHOLE STORE is special order. They don't know WHEN something will come in but they give you dates and then the stuff doesn't show up. A complaint will be met with "...not our fault - the supplier is late". This is classic sleazy and irresponsible sales going on. They take NO resposibility and the helpful salesperson disappears once the money is exchanged. NEVER shop here - ever - they will over promise, under deliver, deceive and fine print you - to death. Caveat Emptor.

    Bathroom Sink & Shower Purhcase

    I ordered my shower controls, rain head, sink faucet and sink from Peter at the Dufferin Location and I am extremly displeased with the customer service with this company and this employee. I was assured that I would get a call when my purchases would arrive into the store (estimated time was 2-3 weeks). 9 weeks later I still get no phone call. I drop in the store to see if anything has come in and according to Peter, the manufacturer "misplaced my order" (bull, more like you forgot to place my order). Now it is 11 weeks from my original purchase date and I still have no sink and every week that passes I am told it will be in on thursday. Do not buy from this company. There are far better supply places to purchase from. Never again.

    Bathroom Vanity

    This is the rudest company I have ever experienced. From the sales person right to the manager all they do is give you the run around for days and days and play games right to your face. I bought a bathroom vanity right off the floor and asked them to hold it until I was ready for it in the construction schedule. They never moved it, they never delivered it. It turned out to be the wrong vanity and a week later I asked for a refund. They have the nerve to take a 25% "restocking fee" for something they didn't deliver and they didn't custom order. They pocketed 25% for doing nothing and within less than a week. Do not trust them. They are scammers. Their competition such as "Amati" are far more reliable and not sleazy like them.

    Bathroom fixtures

    We went to tubs to purchase our bathroom matierals. We are satisfied with the quality of our air massaging tub!!! I would strongly reccomend this!!! I hope this helps!!! (-:

    Purchased mirrored bathroom medicine cabinet

    I am really happy with a purchase I made at Tubs as I was searching for so long for a medicine cabinet for my small bathroom. At Tubs, I received great service and the product fitted my needs. The quality of the cabinet is excellent and it is also very attractive. Thanks to their great staff and I return as I need to replace my aging tub.

    Bathroom Vanity and Tile

    Purchased a bathroom vanity for my new home, the salesperson advised me to double check my measurements and take a day to decide on the colour I wanted. Excellent advice! I gave more precise measurements and now it looks like a custom piece it fits so well into the space. I also bought tile from them for my kitchen backsplash and found that they had the best selection of tile than most other places I checked. I wanted something with grey, black, and beige and was able to find the perfect tile to unify the space. The order came in as scheduled with no surprises. Great experience.

    Bathroom renovation

    I thought this kind of service wend down with the stone age, but I was wrong. The Tubs delivered me tubs which didn't match their spec on the bill. Because of that I had to refund the tubs and the tub doors as my contractors had to order me new once which matched the spec. I had a really hard time trying to refund my order. I am still trying to refund the doors, see if they give me more headache...

    Bathroom Reno

    Nice store and service was ok. However, once the products were purchased that’s where it ended. Took forever to deliver the products, only delivered some of the order but still charged us for everything even though the sink and fixtures were missing. Then tried to deliver the Sink and fixtures without calling us when we had told them we would be away. I ended up having to pick it up myself, because they were going to charge us more additional fees to deliver it. Then they double charged us which they did reverse when we pointed it out. The products and selection are good but their distribution and accounting leave something to be desired.

    bathroom renovation

    I have chased Tubs for over 2 years to get satisfaction to no avail. I have a Maxx Whirlpool tub, the motor has been replaced, the skirt does not fit. I reordered the skirt and still it does not fit. My shower stall knob was stripped, I now have to pay for a new one. My taps on the tub come loose every few weeks. The ceramic floor and wall tiles had two boxes that needed to be replaced when they arrived due to breakage. I have had a plummer in 3 time to fix all of the above at my cost. Tubs has not stood behind anything.

    bathroom reno

    They know their stuff. Helped me pick out a shower base and tub with great recommendations. I found out that white from different manufacturers is not the same shade. This was important.
