    Bathroom Vanity

    I had looked around for a bathroom vanity and couldn't find anything in real wood at a reasonable price. I came to Tubs twice cause I liked their large selection. I was tired and exhausted from looking elsewhere but the sales associates, which seemed non existent or very busy, did approach me on my second visit and tried to help me find what I was looking for. They even put one on hold even though I was not too interested. After sleeping on it I realized it was a deal and came the next day to pick it up. They were very good at getting my order, loading & packing it up. A few days later I realized the vanity had a small manufacturers defect. When I read the reviews of the company I was ready for a hard time getting a replacement but everyone was nice and didn't even question me. It's been a good experience.

    Bathtub

    In January I purchased a bathtub at about 850 and later on I negotiated to return it and purchase from them another one much more expensive and also did some additional purchases totalling about 2600. The purchase was done with the condition they would return the 850 for the returned bathtub. Although they picked up the returned bathtub, they don't want to return the money for that, apparently there is an issue with the tub (witch I don't agree, the tub was never installed, I just took it out of the box for couple of days). I visited the store several times to speak with the owner, that apparently is not available, and they consistently saying that they will follow-up with me. For more than a month, consistently they are failing to contact me every time they promise. My advise is to stay away from this store, I would never recommend someone to buy something from them.

    Shower system & med cabinet

    Very happy with the product selection and sales help we received at the Markham store. Laszlo was great to deal with. We had planned to buy everything we needed for a bathroom reno from Tubs but decided to get a vanity elsewhere because of the style. Laszlo was just as pleasant to deal with even though we weren't spending as much and gave great advice on the products. He even offered to personally deliver the medicine cabinet which couldn't fit in my car in order to get it to our place on time since the delivery schedule did not work for us. In addition, Tubs pricing on most items were much better than all of the other stores we visited.

    Bathroom Vanity

    I bought a vanity about 3 years ago to fit into the bathroom. The finish on the vanity was a color - expresso. Within the 3 year the stain has gradually worn away and it now a complete mess. I have not used harsh abrasive cleaners at most a damp sponge.The vanity is surounded by tiles etc and it would be expensive to remove. I went to Tubs and they gave me a phone number to call. To my supprise the message was in a language that I could not understand. I have been to several paint stores for advice. The finish is no good and I am advised to remove all of the stain by sanding!!!!!!. and restain and refinish. I will never buy a vanity from Tubs and I will advise others accordingly

    Terrible service and products. Major disaster. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THERE AGAIN

    my family bought a shower system and a glass shelving unit for inside the shower and both of them were broken before 1st use. The shelving cracked on the 2nd day after installation and when we went back for an exchange we were told we shouldn't have screwed the glass on so tight. not only that, the exchange they gave us was damaged!!!! the chrome railing on the shelving was terribly bent and was so ugly. we didn't bother going back for a 3rd time. NOW ONTO THE SHOWER SYSTEM. it was one of those new one unit pieces. looks good, but we found out the unit wasn't even functioning as soon as we installed it. no cold water would come out of the system. when we went back to return, the owner/salesperson told us we couldn't return it cuz we had installed it. well, we were actually told by the person who sold us the unit that if we didn't like it after installing it we coudl return. AND, how can we know its broken if we never installed it!!!!!! and to get an exchange, they told us to go to the manufacturer on our own. honestly, worst store ever, we're now waiting to see what the manufacturer can do for our shower unit. we don't have high hopes, i'm looking at the 600 dollars we spent as money wasted. shame on the store for such poor quality products.

The shelving unit you purchased is a very popular product, it is made of high quality materials, although all glass has stress points and cannot be over tightened. The Shower Unit is a superb product, which has a thermostatic system that requires the cartridge to be calibrated. Poor installation of the system can result in improper functioning.     Bought 2 toilets

    It is a huge showroom with many choices, but they help you to find what you want. I selected a TOTO and a Kohler and both had the raised comfort seat, and both had the soft-close feature. The delivery was on time, and everything was in order. The only disappointment is that they have no plumber available for installation.

    New Toilet

    I went in to TUBS on the East Mall to browse toilets, it was only my 2nd look and was intending to just browse. I found it hard to get someone to help me (no one offered assistance, even though it was dead quiet), but when I had someone paged to help me he was very pleasant and knew his products. We have an old home with one tiny bathroom that is used by 4 people. He explained the options to me, and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything. He took the time to print off the different options and notated the differences of the different options. I was walking out the door and turned around and bought it on the spot. When I went to the delivery bay to pick up my new toilet the man who worked there was exceptionally nice and courteous, and also obviously knew his stores products well. He was warm and efficient, and I left feeling like I had made a great choice. I was so impressed that they got me excited about buying a toilet! I will definitely return to TUBS in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to others.

    construction

    The salesperson was very informative and the product selection was great. I piurchased three faucet sets for two sinks, one single and the other double. Also purchased faucets for the bathtubs and a shower kit. Some of the items were a bit pricy, however they have a good selection for various budget ranges and at times good sale prices. The overall customer service was great and I would shop at this store again.

    Bathroom fixtures: shower, tub, sink, toilet, faucet

    Based on the recommendation of our contractor, we went to Tubs to select our higher end bathroom fixtures for our remodel. Dorothee was our knowledgeable sales rep and she was great, mixing and matching various brands to help us maximize the most of our budget. The store had a huge selection and there was no need to look anywhere else.

    bathroom fixtures

    This store is beyond bad and to be avoided at all costs. We were finishing our bathroom reno and looking for towel bars etc. We found a product on display at Tubs that we really liked. We bought it but fortunately opened the box before we left the store. It was labelled with the model number of the bar we wanted, but it was not the same product. We went back to the salesman, who was rude, and completely unhelpful. Disappeared without telling us where he was going, came back 10 minutes later to say all the bars were the same in the stock room. We asked for the manager and by the time we walked him over to the bar on display there was a sign up saying it was no longer available. We did get our money back, but the service was appalling - rude, disinterested, and they took no responsibility or initiative. Their story was that the display model must have been an old model that wasn't being made any more. When we got home we checked the towel bar company's website - it was in fact a current model, and we found it easily at another bathroom store. There's something very strange about this store...I wouldn't trust them, the products they sell, or their service.
