    i paid for the premium package last year and it was the best money i've ever spent on lawn care. My lawn is never looked better, i look forward to continuing my relationship with weed-a-way with all my lawn care needs. richard.

    Lawn care

    I have been a customer of weed-a-away's for some time now and love the look of my lawn. I trust their products and employees. They are so helpful and informative. I was worried about using products on my lawn as I have dogs and small child but knowing that the products they use are environmentally friendly and safe puts my mind at ease. I have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

    Law Care/Weed Removal

    Great experience with Weed-A-Way. I finally feel comfortable letting my kids run around in the back yard again! Thank you guys so much! Your service was great and im very impressed.

    Lawn care.

    I used them once a couple of years ago, and now they won't stop calling. We're moving and have told at least 5 times that we don't need their service and still they call. Just leave us alone! Please!!

    Excellent place for lawn care supplies and services I ordered a large amount of soil and fertilizer. The staff was very helpful and polite I will use them every year from now on.

    lawn care

    Started using weedaway this year and noticed a significant improvement in my lawn. They said that they would kill our weeds and they have done exactly that. I am very happy with the work they have done. I would recommend weedaway to anyone looking for good customer and lawn service.

    Lawn Care

    WORST BUSINESS PRACTICES!! STAY AWAY!! We used them in 2011 and the service provided was ok. In 2012, they incessantly called but we no longer wanted the service as we were considering re-landscaping the yard. In 2013 the calls started to come again and once again we went out of our way to let them know not to come as we did not want the service. We called back many times to ensure they did not come again. However, they decided to come anyway without consent and without permission. They billed us for the "services rendered" and then proceeded to take us to collections because we didn't pay for something we NEVER wanted. I even tried to call them after all the questionable ethical behaviour to sort it all out to which they yelled at me and proceeded to hang up on me. If you call to cancel apparently you need to get a cancellation number from them. ENSURE YOU DO THIS or they will insist you never called them to cancel the services. The business practice of this company is TERRIBLE!! I see below that we are not the only ones that this has happened to. Buyers beware!!

    Nancy I believe you have the wrong company as we do not have you in our system/database. However, with our company you can either choose to put your account on "do not auto renew" or "continuous service". We provide those 2 options when the customer first signs up for their lawn maintenance. For all customers who do chose to put their account on continuous service, we also contact several times throughout the off season by telephone and mail to see if they are interested in certain specials and to confirm that the services and payment agreements are what they are looking for.     Lawncare

    I have been with weed-a-way for over 3 years. I tried so many different lawn care companies, before, but nothing seem to have worked. Ever since I signed up with weed-a-way, I don't have a single complaint, the lawn is great. My lawn is serviced by them throughout the season from time-to-time. Customer service is excellent, specially the Supervisor Keith, always very polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate when I'm told what necessary for my lawn. It's definitely not like a daily sales call, whatever recommendations were made have all benefited my lawn. Overall I am happy with services and the staff that I have dealt with. Excellent service with a reasonable price :)

    Nightmare company

    just got off the phone with weed a way regarding an invoice for over $261. I did a search to see if others were victimize by this company and it's not a surprise that their are over four pages of complaints. Better business bureau has started the process. it's unfortunate but its reassuring to know that i'm not alone - now I stand firm.

    Sheldon I'm sorry that your are unsatisfied with the service you received. Unfortunately, we had to take action against you regarding your delinquent account as you failed to pay the invoices for the services you requested. I'm sorry that you have a negative opinion of the company, but it is a business, so if accounts are overdue we need to take action to receive the agreed upon payment. Unfortunately, you have not replied to our statements, letters, and reminders regarding your past due account and therefore we had to send it to a credit bureau. I regret that this interaction has taken a negative turn for us both.

    Garden Soil Delivery

    I purchased garden soil from Weed-A-Way, and it was delivered promptly the next day. Because we were home at the time, Kevin, the driver took time to speak with us about where we would like the bag placed. We needed it in a difficult to reach corner, but Kevin happily took his time to drop the earth exactly where we needed it, without damaging the surrounding trees. The soil itself was excellent quality with no extraneous debris, and most reasonably priced for cubic yard bags. A quick measure showed that the bag was overfilled - a bonus as we received much more than we paid for. Highly recommended for the courteous service, and convenience of the delivery.
