Manjinder and his partner were on time, polite, and professional! They had to remove a door before installing and of course put it back. The installation did not take long and they tested before leaving.

We booked a "check up" on an LG washer and dryer as they are approaching 5 years old. The service technician, Simran, arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and friendly. He went through care and cleaning of the washer with us carefully, cleaned out the dryer vent pipe, and shared some practical tips on load management and so on as he worked.

We wanted to express our appreciation and acknowledge the high level of customer service received from Simran, the technician that fixed our washing machine. We were equally impressed with Simrans professionalism and customer service and would not hesitate to use his service again.

In my dealings with the company, I would applaud then. Give them a hand(y), so to speak. Their initial response to my inquiry was done in a very expeditious fashion. In fact, every e-mail communication thereafter with the company was cordial, professional, and timely. Communications were clear and straightforward. I was also sent a follow-up e-mail asking how the delivery, installation, and removal went. Yes, the Kitchenaid (KDFE204KWH) appliance had to be ordered from the manufacturer, but it arrived considerably sooner than the maximum estimated time. The appointment for installation and removal was done speedily thereafter. There was somewhat of a delay in the actual arrival time to do the installation/removal, but that was neither pronounced nor problematic. The installer was polite and totally on task. The special promotion included no delivery and removal fees. It was much appreciated and tipped the scales for us over other companies. Handy Appliances prices are surely competitive with other companies, but every extra inducement counts. Plus, the promotion included an extra year warranty at no cost. This gives a distinct impression that the company trusts their products and stands behind them. It was notable that the company also requires the purchase of stainless steel tubing. Its quality over cheapness. . . . The appliance itself is super, especially for the price and compared to other alike dishwashers. The stainless steel interior, extra third cleaning tray, overall slick design, cleaning/drying options, and exceedingly quiet operation are all standout attributes. We tried it several times, and we certainly wouldnt want to wash our hands of this dishwasher. So far, so good.

payed for a full install of a fresh machine, they left it half installed in a way where I now have to completely uninstall it in order to access the drain that i now have to tie the machine into. they had the gall to attempt to sucker my poor wife out of a further hundred and fifty dollars for them to do it. thankfully she is smarter than that. avoid if you can!

Every installer knows the water hose has been shortened on many w/d products. This means your washer will need an extension. ASK FOR AN EXTENSION hose to be part of your installation. Your very lovely Handy team mentioned there might be a problem. And then Oh no, you have to pay for not only an extension but also an extension cord. Totally foreseeable issue.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation and Handi Appliances were extremely helpful in advising us on the purchase of new appliances. We first purchased a Bosch Recessed Handle Dishwasher prior to the "reno" as our old dishwasher was beyond repair. Tina N. then helped us choose a Cafe Gas Range, a Cafe Over the Range Microwave, and a Cafe Refrigerator for installation once the reno was complete. She advised us on securing a good sale price, and was particularly supportive throughout the period of dismantling and taking away the old appliances and reinstalling the new ones when we experienced unavoidable delays. We were without a kitchen for over 2 months during that time and were anxious to have the renovation completed. We are particularly grateful for the fact that the work was completed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Martin, the installer, also deserves special credit. We have been delighted with all our new appliances. We have been customers of Handi Appliances for at least 30 years, and have received excellent service on every occasion over all that time. We highly recommend this company.

We have used Handy Appliances twice recently. They show up when they say they will, and have always repaired our appliances so that we don't have to buy new ones. The technicians are always capable and courteous, and the price is very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Pardeep came to install our new dishwasher and take the old one away. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work. He went above and beyond when he also offered to repair an old mouse hole in the wall that was hidden behind the old unit. Pardeep was great. Two thumbs up for Handy's service.

Our dishwasher door hinge and spring broke and we called Handy Appliance to get this fixed. Both our contact at their office, Jasneet and the technician, Gary were amazing. They continually followed up and were just great to deal with in general. I would recommend their service to everyone. These days it's often hard to find great customer service so this was so pleasant. Thank you Jasneet, Gary and Handy Appliance!
