We have had our awning for 3 years now and it was the BEST investment! We are able to keep the back of our house cooler, enjoy time on our deck without frying and we can actually sit out on the deck while it is raining! A few of our neighbours also have done the same and are thrilled. The awning truly has finished the look on our deck and I would not hesitate to recommend this product. Thank you Helen for all your help!

design and manufacturing is of the highest quality in every aspect. Every detail, small and large, has been anticipated and accounted for. This company is well managed! I chose an automated 16 foot wide awning that is a dream to use and looks spectacular. The side curtain works well keeping out the late afternoon sun. In all my dealings with ROLLTEC, I received 100% customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and product. I'm so happy to know this excellence of quality and customer satisfaction still exists in Canada. Bravo ROLLTEC!

Helen was a ( GREAT ) help in ordering our new awning.After an email and phone call,everything was shipped wright to our door in Sault Ste. Marie On.With the help of two friends it was installed with NO problems like Helen said it would.Friends can not belive how it works and how nice it looks! Thank You Peter & Irene Pozzo

We are extremely happy with the quality of our awning. The showroom showcased the products really well and lots of samples to choose from. We recieved excellent service from Helen, who explained everything to us. We were told 2 weeks for it to be ready and it was ready in under a week, and they had a sale on, so the price was very reasonable.Even the person who called us to let us know it was ready, was very courteous and helpful. My husband just installed it and it looks and works perfectly. We would highly recommend this company.Very happy to support a Canadian company!!!

I had a great experience purchasing an awning from Rolltec. The showroom is great and has many awnings on display which is helpful when deciding on which model was most suitable. I choose to DIY the installation, and Roman provided good advice on how to mount the awning and he was available to answer any questions that came up. The quality of the awning and the excellent customer service I received, makes Rolltec a definite recommendation!

Helen at Rolltec was very helpful in arranging to have my awning picked up to have a new cover installed on it. This awning is 16 years old, and the fabric finally gave it up at the end of last summer. It never ripped, the stiching finally rotted along the seams, but after 16 years it was well worth the money we initially paid for it. They are delivering it back on Friday, less than a two week turn around. I highly recommend this product. My neighbour bought an awning for 498.00 from Canadian Tire and it only lasted two years. So it pays to buy the best.

The order & selection was very quick & easy . The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our awning. We love our awning!!! Helen at Rolltec is AMAZING!!!!!!

Because we had our roof reshingled, we had to remove our Rolltec awning and have it reinstalled. Helen and her team provided excellent service, were able to complete the job within a day of my calling, and the two installers were polite, hard working, checked with me to ensure they did what I wanted, and explained everything clearly. I was impressed with the workmanship and the service.

It was refreshing to be able to conduct a long-distance ( >1000 miles) transaction and get what I wanted in the time frame promised. Kudos to Roman and Helen for their professionalism. I was tasked by my wife to have an awning for the front deck at our cottage prior to our grand daughter's first visit. I found Rolltec Awnings on line and emailed them asking to speak to a sales rep. Very quickly thereafter, I was dealing with Roman, the owner, via telephone and emails. I would send him pictures and we would discuss matters. I really appreciated his willingness to help me wend my way through the myriad of questions and issues I struggled with. His efforts to get my order processed, in the manufacturing queue and on a truck headed to Northwestern Ontario resulted in an on-time delivery. Helen greatly aided the manufacturing process time line by sourcing the motor required for my particular installation. During the awning installation I had to call her to resolve a question posed by the contractor. She took my call during a meeting, looked up the data immediately after her meeting and called back within 15 minutes. Great service from start to finish! And the awning.... Beautiful! Flawless engineering. Robust. Functional. A great addition to the cottage and an upward spike in our quality of life at the lake. Were Roman to ever venture this way I offered him a day of walleye fishing on Lake of the Woods. That offer still stands and is extended to Helen. They deserve no less for all they have done in providing guidance and leadership in taking my idea from concept to fruition.

Just wanted to let you know that the awnings were gorgeous - they looked fantastic on the set and they worked beautifully. Everyone was very pleased. Thanks so much for being so accommodating and meeting our short time constraints. I really appreciate your efforts. I will certainly call you the next time we need an awning!
