Hi Terry, In all honesty your particular situation (duct cleaning of a 100 year old, newly renovated home) is among the most challenging in respects to our residential services. I’m sure the guys (Helder and Jeff) had their work cut out for them but it’s great to hear that although the job was challenging they put in the efforts needed to do a good job for you. Thank you so very much for your review and the detail and effort you put into writing it. As I have mentioned before, doing a good job cleaning the ducts is only a part of what is expected of us. Educating and taking the time to make sure that you as our customer understand what we are doing and how to maintain the system after we are done is how it all comes together at the end. We are not a company that encourages our staff to move quickly in a home; in fact it’s quite the opposite. We encourage them to take their time to make sure that they do a great job every time. In taking their time they also ensure that they take very good care of your home and property. This is something that is also very important in our operation. Our service works on a strict price structure and although some homes take much longer then others it would not be fair or ethical to change a price mid job. Educating our customers allows us to not only help them understand what is going on in the home, but also gives them the knowledge to know how a professional service is suppose to be performed.
