I moved to my townhouse 7 years ago and has been using its gas fireplace every year. Although it has been problem free, I thought it would be a good idea to get it checked and serviced. I was unsuccessful in getting specialized fireplace company to come in reasonable time. I had good experience with Maple Air to install a water boiler so gave them a call. I was impressed by the quick response and a more reasonable price quote. Most importantly, I want to commend Neal, a young courteous and knowledgeable technician who provided a quality service.

This company and everyone who works for it have been great. From the early stages of getting the quotes, the planning for installations and all the millions of questions, the installation itself and the questions that came after all a great experience. Our journey with Maple Air began when we started exploring companies that could sell and install a mini split / ductless a/c system in our 130+ year-old house. We must have gotten quotes from six different companies and also asked some of them to do multiple quotes for us. So the first two things I have to say about Maple Air is that Farzad, the salesperson we were working with, was patient and accommodating. Because of the structure and layout of our house we were not sure how many indoor units to get and what size(s) they should be. Farzad discussed all of the options with us and gave us multiple scenarios to consider, going over the pros and cons of each. He gave us quotes for a couple of scenarios and when we asked for more quotes he complied happily. We were also comparing his quotes to those of other companies so all of this took time. It was at least two months before we got back to him with a definitive yes. We also had to consult with an electrician and get our panel upgraded so that took a long time. Farzad never pestered us for an answer. He must have altered the quote for us three times and then we asked him to re-do the whole thing with a different manufacturer/make! He was so patient and accommodating. He answered hundreds questions and then when we added a tankless water heater he worked up yet another quote!! The installation team (Farshid and Hadi) were equally wonderful. They were great with our dogs, good natured, respectful, and cleaned up well. They also answered a bunch of questions. After installation we emailed Farzad several times with questions and he always got back to us. Given the cost of this whole undertaking, it would have been a lot harder to take if the experience wasnt good. Well it was very good. I highly recommend this exceptional company

Omid did a great job explaining how heat pumps worked in great detail. I called a few other HVAC contractors before speaking with Omid and it was a night and day difference in the level of understanding between Omid and others. The install crew was very professional. They got the system to work with my nest thermostat. I would highly recommend Omid and Maple Air.

Both the main office and the technicians were great. Stood by their word and quickly replied as part of their 1 year guarantee with both questions and issues. It really helped give me comfort in their work and made them easy to choose. Great installation and service went smooth. Took feedback to make sure the wires and piping was clean and routed in a way that looked good and helped with upkeep. Looking forward for future projects as they are a company you can trust.

Since we had the pleasure of working with Maple Air 7 years ago when we replaced our entire HVAC system including a tankless hot water system, there was no doubt in my mind to call the same contractor to replace the furnace and air conditioner in my moms home. They have not let me down in recommending the best units and the installation was done with care and cleanliness as if it was their own. The team at Maple Air has been amazing from start to finish. Omid explained how the heat pump system would work with the furnace system and answered all my questions (there were a lot!) The installation team comprising of Farshid and Hadi were truly professional in every way. Although this was a big job, Farshid went above and beyond by making additional adjustments so that the external unit was not interfering with our line of sight from the windows. When they were done, not a speck of dust was left behind! Following the installation, I got an error notice on my Ecobee thermostat, and Omid sent over a technician to check it out. Turns out that it needed to be topped up with a bit more gas which was taken care of quickly. So in a short time, I got to experience Sales, Installation and Service, and across all fronts, I was treated like a valued customer, and the team made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maple Air - really glad I went with them. Bonus was that their price for the Carrier heat pump and furnace was better than another quote I had received for the exact same system.
