Furnace and AC change during COVID
Our air conditioner broke during COVID. We decided to replace both the AC and furnace, but were so confused with the brands, vendors, reviews, etc. Our son recommended Maple Air from a friend. Farzad was our sales person, he provided excellent product recommendations , a prompt installation date during COVID. The installers were friendly and professional, they arrived on time and completed the installation. We are impressed with our Carrier Furnace, Air Conditioner. and the accessories. We love the Ecobee3 lite smart thermostat; this is highly recommended. We feel the price was fair for the brand, features, and service. Thank you Maple Air, looking forward to years of good service.

4 Zone Ductless AC: Fast, clean, neat, professional work
I quoted and spoke to six companies in total before deciding to go with Maple Air. Some characteristics of my house make the installation tricky, so I wanted to speak to many companies to see which one was more qualified to take on the challenge. Farzad, from the start, was more than willing to look at my floor plans, pictures and an in-site visit to provide ideas and solutions. It was a good choice: His installer, Farshid (and his assistant) were fast, clean, professional and clearly knew their way around the equipment. They were able to install a 4 zone ductless in one day and were able to hide the wires/tubes very well. Amazing work, you will surely be satisfied. Offers many flexible payment options as well.

New Furnace and AC
I was looking to replace my 20 plus year furnace and AC. After engaging with multiple dealers, I choose Maple Air for my new furnace and AC. Farzad (Sales person) assessed my house and recommended Carrier brand furnace and AC with different price package to match with my budget. Farzad provided detail information on product, warranty and after sales service and rebate for each package. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. As soon as I decided to make a deal with them, Farzad was quick to set up a installation date. Farshid and his colleague (installer) arrived before time on installation day and did a great job. After installation, they clean up the place and left the place nice and tidy. They (installer) were really respectful and after installation explain how the product would work. I'm truly happy with their services. Thank you Maple Air for making this journey a smooth one and looking forward to same level of service in the future.

New air conditioning
It was 9:30pm on Monday and the repair man told me my a/c was beyond repair. In a middle of a heat wave, I was already worried about trying to get a hold of someone the following day to purchase a new unit: Who and how long ? By chance I googled A/C and Maple Air populated. Within seconds I was chatting with a virtual rep. Within 5 minutes I was talking to Farzad, and within 10 minutes I just purchased a Carrier Unit @ 10pm!! Farzad was great and explains the product and provided a really great price. 48 hours later, Sam and Amir installed my new unit. Neat and clean job. I have no reservations in recommending Maple Air. Well done Farzad and team!

Super Fast, Friendly, and Professional. Especially patient during COVID times.
I received a call back from my HomeStars request within an hour. First diagnosis on my Carrier Infinity system made next morning. All parts replaced under warranty, paid for labour, and a fancy upgrade to a wifi infinity thermostat (which was the biggest part of the expense but a custom last minute request that Hamid was able to accommodate). Everything was quoted to me in advance and I approved. about the technician - wears booties, face mask - sprays door handles - keeps professional and social distance - - Very thorough in his explanation of steps required for trouble shooting and solution - doesn't do anything without your consent. thank you guys - I needed a Carrier approved company to work on my system - you rock.

Furnace and Air conditioner
After 20 years, my builders furnace finally died, and based on referrals and excellent reviews, I contacted Maple Air. Omid was prompt in responding, he showed up on time with all the PPE during this Covid-19 pandemic. He completed a thorough review and provided calculations for our current air flow situation. He answered all my questions and concerns and explained that the technology in today’s HVAC systems are more efficient. Maple Air gave us a very competitive quote on both A/C and Furnace. My wife and I decided to go with Maple Air based in somewhat order.... on their professionalism, expertise, products and price. He recommended the Carrier Infinity series which had rebates from both energy star and the manufacturer. Love the system…Omid Maple Air is a fine example of how a company should be. Not only were they on time, but the entire TEAM was positive and courteous.… Farshid and Hadi, formally introduced themselves and greeted my wife in the morning of install with all their PPE during this Covid Pandemic and did a great job with the installation. They used carpet runners and went as far as even wearing surgical boot covers for safety. They removed the old products and left behind a clean place. They were polite and quick to complete the work with minimal disruption to our household. Farshid even looked at our fireplace that was acting up during our breakdown and immediately shut the gas to it for safety reasons. Omid, I look forward to dealing with you again in the near future for other services and products. I.e.( Fireplace) I highly recommend that you call Maple Air for all your HVAC needs. Gas Furnace installation
Needed an emergency furnace installation as the original was tagged by Enercare. I called Maple at 4 pm and asked if possible for new furnace by next day...the installation was completed by 12:30 the next day....installers were very efficient, professional and did a very clean installation leaving the area immaculate. I would recommend Maple Air & Heating to anyone who needs service are new equipment installed

Replacing the nonfunctional tankless rental water heather by a brand new financed Bush modelBush Warer heater
My rental water heather was not working well for about one week . I called the technical support 3 times but they didn't solve the problem. Finally I called Maple Air , they came soon and installed the new financed Bush water heather by $ 146 per month for 2 years.
