Furnace & AC Replacement
Great experience working with Farzad and Maple Air. Needed a new Furnace and AC units. Excellent job at laying out different options and different price points for our furnace and AC. Installation was scheduled quickly and completed on-time. Techs did an excellent job during the installation and we are very happy with both the new equipment and the service provided by Maple Air. After installation follow up was excellent and we've received confirmation that registration info and rebate claims have been submitted on our behalf in a timely manner. Will be using Maple Air for ongoing annual service.

New A/C and Furnace
We had a tight window (2 days from quote to installation) to get the work done as we were going away on vacation. Not only did they get the job done before we left- it was on a Saturday prior to a long weekend! In addition, they sourced a particular A/C coil that we wanted after hours on the Friday night and delivered it to us the next day. Fantastic! If you are in the market for a new A/C or Furnace we'd suggest that you contact Maple Air. Excellent customer service from Farzad and the rest of the Maple Air team throughout the project- many thanks!

New Furnace
New Carrier furnace installed by Maple Air. Installation was timely and efficient. Dealing with Farzad was a pleasure as he took the time to explain our options as to repairing old Carrier or replacing with newer model. Farzad was also very knowledgeable with all Carrier products and any rebates or incentives available. Good service with fair pricing.

Ductless A.C. installation

New fireplace installation
We paid in full. Installer installed fireplace not correctly. I paid other installer to correct his mistakes. After house is finished and we got gas, installer said I will back to finish the rest of installation. He continued to finish installation and check and fireplace , he did wrong way and fireplace making smoke. I called head office and installer and sales person, after 2 months no luck. I really frustrated and never recommend to anybody . I am building house and every house we put at least 5 fireplaces, but I never use this company again. I never recommend anybody use this company. Very bad installation and really dangerous. Installation not following by coding

Ductless multihead A/C and installation
I was beyond impressed with Maple Air: -sales representative was knowledgeable, offered most cost effective A/C solution and gave me step by step explanation of the installation and unit functionality -installation team was professional, on time and left my place clean. Thank You Maple Air!!!

New Amana furnace
During a recent heatwave, storms passed through our area on a Sunday evening and we had a power outage lasting two hours. When power was restored, everything in the house came back on except for our furnace! This meant no air conditioning or furnace fan to help circulate air in the house during the heatwave. On Monday, Maple Air sent one of their technicians out who diagnosed that our control board and other parts on the furnace had been damaged by a power surge. Farzad atMaple Air in Concord was extremely helpful to us in quoting a price for a new furnace and in dealing with our insurance adjuster for our claim. By the following Friday (which was the start of the August long weekend!) Farzad had all of our products ready and arranged for an installer to come out the next day. Ahsan and Vic were very professional and did a great job of installing our new furnace and humidifier. They made sure everything was working (including the air conditioner) and they kept the jobsite very clean during and after the installation. We GREATLY appreciated them giving up most of their Saturday of the long weekend to get our furnace installed and our air conditioner up and running again!! We have always had great service from Maple Air and we would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Dead Air Con
Panic the day before a long weekend when the humidex forecast was scheduled to hit 41. Our 26 year old unit finally gave up the ghost. Luckily I called Maple Air, and thanks to Omid, who agreed to supply and install a replacement the next day. Special thanks to Farzad who sweated his guts out removing the dead unit, and installing the new device. Customer experience - outstanding - reasonable price, timely commitment, delivery as promised, and professional and informative installation.

HVAC install - Furnace and AC
Right from quote to install - all worked like a charm. Farzad was so open to any of my queries I had during this deciding phase. He was so genuine in his approach and always return the call if he could not pick up my call. And there comes the cherry on the cake - two guys turning up sharp on scheduled time and doing a clean install. Very professional in their attitude and work and they were patient enough to answer all the queries I had. I would recommend them who wants a hassle free upgrade from inception to install. Much appreciated, Farzad and team.
