We consulted with a few companies on replacing our A/C (17 years old and dead) and furnace (23 years and dying). Maple was one of them, after being referred to me by my father-in-law, since he had his system replaced last year. Reza came out, examined our current system and made appropriate recommendations. He was patient in answering questions, and not pushy about following up with us or pressuring a decision. As for the systems, I can't comment on the furnace yet because we haven't needed it, but it's nice to have the A/C system working again. During the installation, everything went according tp plan. The crew discovered that we needed more venting into the laundry room - they installed this for no extra charge. Everything was done in about 4-5 hours. My only complaint was that new piping was needed to vent the furnace to the outdoors (our old furnace vented through the chimney). However, a fair bit of debris was left behind from drilling the holes to allow for this pipe, and from installing the laundry room vents. It only took me a few minutes with a broom and dustpan to resolve it, but I shouldn't have had to. (It would have been nice if I saw the gas card offer earlier, too, I suppose).

We recently had our furnace, AC and water heater replaced with a high efficiency Carrier/Giant system by Maple Air. We"re happy with the services provided in terms of competitive pricing, quality of equipment/installation and professional pre and post order follow up by Farzad. Keep it up! Nasir

Representative Farzad was polite, informative and very patient in answering my questions. He guided us through the purchase process, offering options that were most suitable, and he took the time to keep us up to date by visiting in person after the unit was installed and personally delivering the rebate forms. I would recommend Maple Air.

I worked with Farzad who was my sales consultant to purchase an ac, furnace and tankless water heater for my house. I was referred to Maple Air by Carrier and I wanted to purchase a Carrier package. He went through different options for Furnace and AC and tankless and gave me what was right for my house. He didn't try to up sale me but rather inspected my house to see which unit would suit my needs. I had many air flow and inconsistent temperature issues in the house and they were able to put a furnace which was Variable speed and multi stage that basically fixed that issue. Their job was very clean and installers were professionals. They explained me the process and left a very positive impression. I would definitely recommend them to people who are looking for heating and cooling contractors. My units were: 59TP6 60000 BTU and 24ABC6 Comfort Air conditioner, and RU80i Tankless.

Reza the sales rep was very informative and not pushy at all. The only negative I can say about him was that he said it takes just a few hours for the installation, it took over 10 hours. We purchased a tankless water heater and a Carrier two-stage variable speed furnace. The installation was less than two weeks ago and we have had service out to us twice already. One a hose was cracked and furnace was leaking. the second time we lost hot water. We hope that was repaired. A pipe was cracked and an air vent was put in as well. I cannot really put the blame on them for the faulty equipment. I don't believe it was faulty workmanship. The service guys to come out within 24hrs so no complaints there. All in all I am satisfied with Maple Air. I sure hope not to have to see their service guys again! One thing we were told that they do and I really need it is a call to book and annual maintenance check. It is so easy to put off so I do want a reminder.

I contacted Maple Air and spoke to Farzad.I found him to be very informative,professional and not assertive .After talking to him and the options we had, I went ahead and had them install the unit. The crew(Abbas/Maham) were excellent. Even after the insulation I had questions and was more then happy with Farzad fast responses.

Last September I had to have the unit re-charged. Had to again this year, so I had a leak. Hard to find leak until Nima arrived and not only found but tested for 2 days before the calling it fixed. He was like a dog with a bone...never gave up. Always communicated with me an because he was satisfied so was I. Maple Air is lucky to have him. Guess what next time I have a problem, He's the one I want. Sean also is very pleasant to deal with and keeps his word. In short I'm very happy right now. It's 30 outside and 23 inside as I type this....THANKS... Keep Smilin' .....

I own a century home with a hot water heating system. During the recent extreme cold weather alert of Feb. 2015 I discovered that my boiler was not functioning properly. I called several plumbing and heating contractors in search of one that would service my system. After two calls I was directed to Maple Air. My call to Maple Air was handled in a swift courteous manner. A representative arrived within the time they had promised and the initial evaluation was done. I was presented with two options with two very different outcomes, both financially and future possibilities. I opted for the installation of a new boiler after I did some research online of the system that I had presently and the system that the representative of Maple Air had recommended. A new boiler was installed within a day and I have already noticed a level of comfort that I had not previously experienced. Two days after the installation of the boiler the representative who had initially responded to my service call, performed the evaluation of my system, recommended and installed the new boiler, dropped by on his way to another job to make sure all was well in my home. From the time I made the initial call to the service department the staff that handled my situation were friendly, courteous, innovative, competent, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Maple Air without hesitation.
