Review from rose Review left on 27 Nov 2014Rating: 5 out of 5I was searching for quotes to replace our old furnace that no longer worked. Maple Air came the same day that I called and gave me a quote. Hamid was knowledgeable and recommended the proper size unit for our house size. Their quote was fair compared to some other quotes I received. The installation was done the same day. The installers were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Maple Air.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner
Review left on 26 Nov 2014Rating: 5 out of 5Repairs to my tankless water heater
When I called Maple Air, my tankless water heater was malfunctioning, and I was worried that I wouldn't have any hot water. Needless to say, with a new baby in the house, this isn't the ideal situation. When I called, they were very helpful. Moe came out the same day, serviced the unit, and returned the next day with a replacement part. Moe was prompt, efficient, and helpful. And now my hot water heater works perfectly. I would definitely use this company again.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

My Furnace broke down and I was looking online for a contractor to come and fix my Furnace. I found maple air through a friend where he told me he had great experience with their service. My previous experience with hvac contractors were not good so i wasn't sure what do look for. I called them and booked a time for the technician to come in my house. One thing that i noticed right away was that they were able to give me same day service which was great.and it was a Saturday which was super awesome. Their technician was very knowledgeable and worked on the system for a while and gave me a quote to fix the furnace. They replaced the flame sensor and couple of other components. I'm very happy with their service and I definitely recommend them to others for any heating and cooling needs.Review from Sonca Lengoc Sonca Lengoc

Maple Air installed a new furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater in July 2013. Details of the warranty never was explained to us. The furnace is not working in Oct. 2014. Had technician come to home 3 times and still not working. Plus had to pay over $200 to "fix" it b/c it was over 1 year old. Last time we called they said they would send someone and waited the whole day no one came. It says in the contract that someone may call us to schedule a yearly maintenance from Maple Air but no one ever did and no one told us that we should call them. That was never made clear to us after they installed the unit and took our money. They claim on phone message they are a company of honesty, service and quality. We have not seen any of those things - quite the opposite. Sitting in our home writing this while freezing because the furnace still isn't working!!!!!Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I found Maple Air on one of the magazines that came to my house. went online and looked through their website and eventually called in for a quotation. One of their sales representative gave me a lot of hints and guidelines on the phone helping decide what was right for my house. They mentioned that in order to give me a accurate price they needed to visit home to do measurement. Reza came to my house and gave me all the options I had, and since Maple air has all the brands they didnt push me to buy a specific one but rather helped me decide what was right for my budget. I chose Lennox Furnace and the Installation was done the Next day, which was great. Thank you Maple air for your service and definitely recommend them to others.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

I am very very disappointed with their services. Here is the whole story and you judge by yourself. Back to 2008, Maple Air installed both AC and furnace for me and I was happy with the service. This is why I chose this company again in 2012, which makes me extremely disappointed. The salesman claimed he was an experienced installer before he became a salesman and came to my home and did the estimation. He wrote down “10 years parts and labor included, Provided regular maintenance is Done”. I asked him what the regular maintenance means. He answered you change the filter regularly. I said OK, and we signed the contract. On the day to install the furnace, the installer said we spent extra hundreds of dollars to change the chimney liner. If not, it is against the code and the installer can shutdown the gas. What I can do? I had to pay but I felt I was fooled and the sales man, as an experienced installer, could know this when he did the estimation. However, he skipped that part and made the total price looked good before signing the contract. Not he can ask for extra money to do the work. Then one day I received a call from the company saying I have to spend more than $100 a year to do maintenance to keep the warranty valid. I said this is not what the sales man said to me. After their “investigation”, they said we talked with the sales man and he said what he wrote is what he means. OK, what I can do? They now can explain “Regular maintenance” in their ways. Forgot to mention the humidifier they installed did not survive the first winter, and I waited for 3 month and finally they came and changed the part. Not sure how long it will last. This is my experience and I don’t recommend this company at all and suggest you better stay away from them.Answer from pro:
Firstly We would like to appreciate your valuable business which was repeated within 4 years, Secondly we are sorry to hear that a misunderstanding led you to feel unhappy for the service. Obviously changing Air filter is just a part of the yearly maintenance. As you mentioned the warranty is defined in two different and separate sections: 1- Part warranty for any factory defect. means all the parts on your systems are covered by the manufacturer for the period stated in your contract for any factory defect, say if the parts are broken not due to an external cause, the parts are covered by manufacturer. any external causes such as electric shocks, water damages, etc will not be covered under manufacturer's part warranty. 2- Labour warranty: which is clearly defined and explained in the contract which is covered for 10 years provided the yearly maintenance is being performed on the units. the yearly maintenance is required for the labour warranty because all the mechanical units requires servicing by the period indicated in the manufactures's instruction manual. If the units are not serviced as per such instructions on regular basis, any defect on major parts, hence the operation is inevitable. The requirement on keeping the unit serviced is well known & well understood through-out the whole market and is basically an integral part of any labour warranty within HVAC industry. Our records shows that after the installation of your units in 2012, we have contacted you several times to remind you of the importance of yearly maintenance. and even on Oct 4, 2013 we explained to you about the labour warranty and maintenance procedure again. On September 13, 2014 we offered 14% discount, highest rate in our company, to do the maintenance and bring back to live the labour warranty for you. We really appreciate your continuous business and hope this will satisfy your expectations. We are pleased to answer all questions in this regards and being your comfort provider whenever you need. our Customer Service phone number is: 1-877-780-6667

I found Maple Air on google. called in to get a quotation for fireplace and air conditioning units. I'm currently going through a renovation for my house and i needed someone to visit my house and give me a price for the units. They sent Eric to my house and he was very knowledgeable on fireplaces and helped me choose the best air conditioner and fireplace with my budget. They job was just installed couple days ago and i'm very happy with it. The fireplace is a Napoleon and my ac is a Carrier unit. They also take care of your rebates which is amazing. Thanks maple air!
