    Not a trustable Company

    It is not a trustable company, just making different issues to make more money. Spe 12th, 2020, they charged more than $20K installed 2 systems for me. Aug 26th, 2022, one systems outdoor unit flipped over by the wind, please see the photo. They didn't screw the unit on the ground. Its under the 2 years warranty. They fixed it, no charges. Oct, 2022, another system showed P6 error on all the wall units. My tenant called Maple Air on Nov 12 2022, and Maple Air sent some one to check the system, said the freon was low, and they said it was not the installation issue, we have to pay them to fill the freon. Right after 2 years, the freon was too low to run, is it normal? They charged $140+HST for this service to take a look. May 26, 2023, after being delayed many times, they came. They said they refilled the freon, but the system still doesnt work. They need to order the parts. They charged $1100+HST for this service for the issue NOT fixed. I didnt pay them, because the issue not fixed yet. Should I pay them? And then, it was a nightmare, contacted them many times, and they just keep said still waiting for the parts. My tenant asked for free rent just because had no cool air; Maple Air just kept no showing. Mar 20, 2024, Maple Air still just doesnt come. I posted a poor review on Google. They contacted me very quick, and arranged a quick service. The technicians were nice, but, unfortunately, they still didnt fix the issue. They charged me $500+HST for the issue NOT fixed. Apr 27, 2024, Maple Air contacted me to let me pay $1600+HST for the last 3 NOT fixed services, and going to charge another $405+HST for the next service. I paid $10K for a brand-new system. Right after 2 years warranty, Maple Air kept adding up the service fee to more than $2K+HST but did not fix the system. They said I have to pay them asap, otherwise, no more service can be booked. My system is still dead, should I pay them $1.6K+HST before the next service book?

    maintenance of gas fireplace

    After calling Maple Air, a service call was arranged very quickly, staff on the phone very helpful. The technician Hamid was very thorough, answered our questions and gave us good advice. Very good service.

    Heat Pump installation

    I would like to thank 2 excellent technicians . They did amazing job in the installation of our Heat Pump. They spent all day without break and lunch to complete their big job in the same day. ..I called Maple Air 1 time to help me how to set the permanent temp and got help within a day. So far it has been working very well. Van

    Maintenance

    Neal came to do the annual maintenance of our mini ductless system. He cleaned the filters and made sure everything was working properly. I definitely would recommend Maple Air!

    Maple Air furnace service

    My furnace stopped working during the night so I called Maple Air to come out to fix the problem. Natasha was very helpful and got me a technician to come out to check my furnace. They came out the next day Emmanuel was super nice and explained what had to be done. Emmanuel was an amazing technician he was super nice and wonderful. I recommend Maple Air for any of your furnace services. Thank you Emmanuel for your great job .

    Heat pump installation

    We cold-called Maple Air to ask about a heat pump and the government rebate, and within a day we heard back from Phillip, their consultant. He explained what Maple could do, answered all our questions and when the time came for the installation, on a couple of freezing cold days, Navid and Taha were excellent. We were very pleased with the service and with the thorough way they approached the whole process.

    Furnace installation

    Our furnace suddenly stopped producing hot air on a Friday afternoon. It was absolutely freezing outside. I called Maple and Azam came over that same day and determined that the furnace needed to be replaced. He said the heat exchanger was faulty and he went outside through snow to the side of my house to check CO levels. The reading was 9 times higher than normal and he said its unsafe. He offered to have installers come the next day, and spent time explaining why we needed a new furnace and a few options. We signed for a new furnace and the installers, Behzad and Saaed came the next day. It was 11 degrees in my house at this point despite our fireplace running. Behzad and Saeed put down drop sheets and explained that they needed to drill a new through the wall. They communicated at different points during the day about their progress. They were both professional and courteous. On the Sunday morning, I got a call from Saaed, as he thought he left a space heater at my house. He hadnt, but I was able ti report that we didnt have hot water. He came within the hour. He had unplugged the hot water tank during the furnace installation and plugged it back in, but to the other plug, which actually wasnt working. He came and checked the tank and plugged it in to the working receptacle and hit water was back. He said to call him anytime if we need anything and took time to explain safety features of the tank. Overall, the team at Maple was very easy to work with. They know what they are doing and are able to explain concepts in detail. I would definitely recommend them.

    furnace

    water leak from furnace "collector box" (replaced in 2022) fixed by technician Azam and re-checked 10 days later. "Under warranty". All prompt and efficient.

    Furnace replacement

    I called Maple Air to replace my furnace. Masoud responded very quickly and met with me within a few hours. He patiently explained my options, provided full answers to all my questions, and gave a very competitive price. I agreed to sign the contact and have installation the next day. The installers arrived at the agreed time. The team lead, Saeed/Behzad answered any concerns we had. The installation was flawless and very professional - we are very happy.

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    I wanted to share my recent experience with Maple Air, as this is my second time using their services. They replaced my AC a few years ago. Excellent service then and excellent service now. My 25 yr old furnace decided to call it quits. I contacted Maple Air, and they sent a technician to troubleshoot the problem. He carefully inspected the furnace and suggested a replacement as the part in question was a safety shutdown switch. I valued his expertise and agreed to purchase the new furnace. He made a few calls and confirmed the installation for the next morning. Two technicians showed up on time, removed the old furnace and installed the new carrier product without any issues. Azam, Farshid ,Omid and the entire team at Maple Air demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions. Nick S.
