    New Furnace & Humidifier

    My old Furnace stopped working on a cold winter day, so I called Maple Air and they sent out a Technician the same day right away by the name of Azam. He was so polite and nice and was able to take a look and said we can either change the parts or get a new furnace as it was 15 years old. I appreciated how honest he was and how he presented us options and I think that is what made me so comfortable with choosing them as they always are honest and that is a big deal. So we decided to buy a new Furnace and the next day the technician named Behzad came to install and he was so nice and answered all of my questions and did a great job on the install. The next day my humidifier was installed by Azam and he is so wonderful!!! Thank you Maple Air for making this process so smooth and ensuring everything was installed properly, as situations like a furnace breaking down in the winter can be very stressful.

    Gas line move

    I called Maple Air to do some work on moving a gas pipe connection to my tankless water heater. The technician who came was polite and listened to my explanation of what was needed. Once the work was completed, he showed me what he had done and left the work site clean and tidy. He also gave me some useful tips on how to maintain the tankless.

    Furnace purchase and maintenance

    Purchased a furnace 10 years ago and Maple has been maintaining for us since. The heater is still going strong and we have enjoyed Maple Air's service ever since. Highly recommended!

    Heat Pump Installation

    The crew (2 technicians) from Maple Air were amazing in the installation of our Heat Pump, it was a big job and they worked most of the day with particular emphasis on the details. Since installation, heat pump has working great so far (my gas furnace hasn't turned on). Call out to Masoud who helped in recommending the right Heat Pump for our home and setting up the installation.

    Furnace tuneup etc.

    These 2 guys, Emanuel and Heshmat, were a pleasure. They did the job of servicing my furnace wonderfully and they helped me with their expertise regarding my tankless water heater and my gas fireplace.A few winters ago our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night and I called Maple Air, not knowing anything about them. Keeping my fingers crossed, I bought a furnace from them. All I can say is that Maple Air provides great service and products. I pay a $22.58 for a month for a maintenance agreement

    Furnace Annual Maintenance Service Call

    Service Technician Neal was exceptional last year and I requested him again this year. He's thorough, educational, and performed the work as if it was his own. Too often I've seen technicians over the years simply vacuum inside the unit and check for water and they're done. With Neal I feel confident my unit has had the best service possible and I have the data he collected and explained to me what it all means recorded on my report. He gets a 10/10. I recommended Neal to my neighbor and her unresolved furnace humidifier pipe leak with several service calls was finally resolved when he visited. And I believe that's because he treated it as if it was his own home exposed to water leakage.

    Satisfied with service

    After a couple of service calls to see if they could keep my old furnace running for another winter, I decided we just needed to replace the whole heating / cooling system - the Canada Greener Homes Grant program made it sensible to do both furnace and AC replacement at the same time. Everyone involved - Azim the service tech, Masoud the sales rep, and Navid the installer - were professional and helpful. The new system works great. Only complaint is that the "energy auditor" company that Maple Air uses is more expensive than the available rebate - but I was also told I was welcome to use one of my choice.

    Furnace, Heat Pump Maintenance

    Neal came by for the furnace and heat pump inspection/maintenance. He's prompt, friendly and extremely thorough - he tested everything and had some suggestions on how to optimize the system. Maple Air installed our heat pump 2 years ago and we're very happy with it. When we had an issue with the fluid leaking (manufacturer issue, not installation) they repaired it at no charge. Highly recommend this company.
