    Great Locksmith Service

    Pre-Lock were very professional and customer service oriented. I left a message late in the day about a (non-urgent) broken front door latch and Drew called me back at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. I emailed photos of the mechanism and arranged for a service call at 9:00 a.m. the next day. Boris arrived with the right hardware and worked quickly to install the new parts. He was very polite and personable. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

    On point service

    I found this company here on Homestars. Pre lock security services provided outstanding customer service and quality workmanship throughout the installation process. Highly recommend them. Price: Affordable. Trustworthy and completed my project on time. Very satisfied

    Locks and Alarm

    Pre-lock set up locks for us and our alarm system. Very happy with the service and the personal touch. Paul came and did a walk-through of the home before the quote. The installation team was professional and attentive and answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Home Alarm

    I’ve been using Pre Lock for all my home alarm and locksmith requirements for many many years. Affordable, reliable, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust anybody else in the industry.

    Excellent service

    An issue with my monitoring was resolved expeditiously and professionally. I can't recommend this company highly enough. They are always responsive to any issues that arise and are super reliable.

    New home alarm

    Prelock we’re on time and very efficient. Great service. Technicians were very neat and cordial. They explained things so it made it easy to understand.

    Great customer service and professionalism

    We have our alarm system for 6 years with Pre-Lock and never had any problems, we are very pleased with the service. Recently we had to install a door bell Honeywell and Steve and Paul were very helpful in coordinating with the manufacturer and help us out. We would like to thank you for the great customer service and support as well as for the professional follow-up. Keep up the good work guys! Thank you, Marian

    New Secure Lick for Patio Door

    I needed a secure lock for my patio door- the regular lock broke so I figured it was a good time to get a secure one. I called Paul, he recommended the same one as he has on his patio door- the installer came within 2 days and installed it. My wife and I could not be happier with the new locking system and the service provided by Pre-Lock. Thank you Pre-Luck for your continuing professional service!!
