    Great Service - Great Products

    Paul and his team came to our brand new home and provided excellent recommendations and implemented them quickly, cleanly and efficiently. The team was very professional and polite. I would recommend Pre-Lock to others looking for the best in Home Security.

    Home Security System

    Pre-Lock upgraded our home security system. Very professional, competitive pricing and superb customer service. Their staff is very knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond. Afterwards, they helped me configure smart-things and integrated them into the app. Nothing but praises for my experience.

    Service is outstanding

    Had a couple of damaged sensors. Pre-lock was there the next day at exactly the arranged time. Techs are always top notch and customer focused, this company is on the ball!

    Updating my old alarm system.

    Pre-Lock did my whole alarm system 20 years ago, and I needed it to be updated. They came to my house, and suggested what I needed to do you to be up-to-date with my security system. Not only were they very reasonable, they were polite and set up the appointment right away. Looking forward to having my new alarm system updated, And feeling once again comfortable and safe in my own home.

    Installation of New Lock

    Pre-Lock came to my house to install a new smart-lock on my garage door. Set up was quick and they hooked it up and programmed everything to work on my phone. Services was professional and safe.

    Alarm installation / modification / upgrade

    We hired this company to update our security system and install the remote access platform including sensors for water and heat. We were very pleased with the work and follow through. I recommend this company to others.
