    Security

    My alarm system was 20 years old and would interfere with my VOIP line. Pre-lock came and updated the system and I have had no issues since. Plus they put in a carbon monoxide detector and made sure all the alarms went directly to the police/fire depts. I was unaware that it was going only to the security gatehouse who are not the most reliable. The team from Pre-lock were completely professional and courteous. And I feel that I got a great price as it was customized to my needs and there was no upselling. If I moved to a new home, I would definitely use Pre-Lock Again.

    Alarm System Repair

    I have relied on Pre-Lock Security for protecting my home and family for many years. Paul and his staff are responsive and responsible and always a pleasure to deal with. They advise if there have been improvements in the industry and ensure that my security system is always in excellent working condition. They conduct annual inspections, keep the back up battery fully charged and always act in a fashion that shows that they care about their customer.

    Prelock is a trutworthy company. My family now feels completly safe. The staff is sensitive to the needs of its customers. I have used Prelock in multiple locations. I strongly recommend Prelock.

    Alarm and locks

    This is my second home which has been protected by Pre-Lock. Paul came by personally and advised on our needs without the worry of being oversold. We agreed on a price and his installation team was here in blink of an eye and did a great job of setting things up. Trust is everything when dealing with the security of my family and Pre-Lock has earned mine time and time again.

    Security Locks for Personal Residence

    Paul and his team recently installed new security locks for my personal residence and did a tremendous job. They were professional, courteous and competent in their workmanship and conduct throughout the project. I would recommend them to anyone requiring locks or locksmith services.

    new locks and alarm system

    Alarm

    Reliable, friendly, honest, hardworking staff. Pays attention to detail and gets the job done on time. Very good after care follow up and their customer service is top notch. Adrian, Steve and the team at Pre Lock are tops! Highly recommended.

    Door Lock Replacement

    We just got new doors both on the front and back. We upgraded our locks to high security hardware. The locksmiths attended the same day we retrofitted the doors and the new locks look great. The service was excellent and the locksmith was very neat and tidy.

    Alarm & Locks

    With the rash of break-ins in our area, we asked Paul to come by and do an updated 'review' of our Pre-Lock system, and address the latest break-in trends. His expertise was invaluable: of course he quoted various new accessories to beef up our system, but more importantly, suggested simple no-cost tips to keep the burglars out.
