WE WERE LOCKED OUT OF AN OFFICE. CALLED PRELOCK AT 3PM THEY ARRIVED 20 MINS LATER. UNLOCKED THE DOOR, REKEYED THE DOOR WITHIN 20 MINS. HONEST COMPANY, FAST SERVICE, AND THEY DO NOT OVERCHARGE OR STAY LONGER THEN IS NEEDED! BEEN USING PRELOCK FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS NOW.

Paul and the Pre-Lock team are professional, responsive. I have done business with them for many years, and I know that if i am away on business, they are available 24/7 if my family needs them. these are good guys!

The smoke detector on our alarm system started beeping in the middle of the night. I contacted Pre-Lock and they had a service technician tell me how to stop the beeping so we could get back to sleep. We were pleased with the emergency services we received and happy they installed Medeco high security locks.
