We recently moved to a new commercial office space and I hired Donald's team to rekey the whole place, and replace some of the hardware. He was able to match existing styles and accommodate my request for a master key system throughout. Steve's team also installed a security system and access control (swipe cards) for access. Everything went smoothly and ahead of schedule. Everyone here is super happy with the system we now have in place. Thanks to Lee, Steve, Steve, Andre, Donald, and Trystan for making it happen!

I worked with Brian from Pre-Lock on the right solution for our home security configuration. His professionalism, dedication, and knowledge are second to none. When the time came to install our system, it was done quickly and under budget. In fact, Steve the installing technician, refused to leave my house until the system was perfectly tweaked, tested, and triple-verified. The Pre-Lock team are always available and ready to answer my questions (and I had many). The result is a user-friendly security system that works as expected. No surprises.

I wanted to increase security in my home. I contacted Pre-Lock, and spoke with Brian over the phone. He followed up with an on-site visit. We came up with a plan I was comfortable with. Cory came out, and did all the work. Brian stopped by while the work was being done. I was very happy with everything we did, and as a bonus, they were both very professional and pleasant. Cory cleaned up very nicely and completely when he was finished. I would definitely use them again if I had the need.

With a rash of break-ins in the Thornhill region, we called in Pre-Lock to evaluate and suggest solutions to make the house safer. We changed some locks to better quality units with longer reach into the door frame, installed a special "metal sleeve" on a number of side doors that inhibits "kick ins" and boosted some aspects of the alarm system. At all times we were delighted by the professionalism, clean and speedy install and "on budget" ending of the project. This is a top class, quality outfit and we are all sleeping more soundly thanks to team Pre-Lock. Highly recommended.
