We recently moved. Pre lock did a fantastic job of ensuring our new home was secure! From security cameras to locks, we feel very comfortable recommending Pre Lock to anyone.

My client has been very happy with the service provided by this company which included replacing the existing system for 84 townhouses and upgrading to newer technology. The monthly fees including a service contract is very reasonable. We recommend their service to others in this situation.

We have been using Pre-Lock for our Alarm system and Locks for over 20 years without a glitch! We had forgotten to setup an appointment for our new front door installation, so while the door was being installed we quickly called Pre-Lock and the installer showed up by the afternoon to switch over the lock and added an additional nifty security device on my our laundry room entry door. Very tidy installers that clean up after themselves!

Pre Lock was great to do deal with. Phone calls and emails were returned quickly. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. Everyone was very polite.

Living in the UK but keeping an apartment in Toronto security was paramount. Pre-lock were brilliant and came out immediately to fix our locks. We found them to be reasonably priced and the service - particularly from Paul outstanding. When we had a problem with a mailbox lock they came out the morning of our call . The system had never been tested and did not have the many of the features that we needed. He immediately sent out a crew who upgraded the system and had us secure that same night.
