I needed locks for our home and called Pre-lock. We spoke with Tristan who handled the initial order over the phone. We arranged installation and the locksmith was fantastic he not only went over everything he made some suggestions that clearly you can know over the phone. He did a great job and we are very happy with the services we received. The prices seemed fair as well. Thanks for a good experience

Pre-Lock secuirty is great they have been our provider for many years. We recently needed to upgrade our system and it was done very quickly and with no down time to our customers. Hats off to Pre-lock.

I met with Brian from Pre-Lock Security, he gave me a competitive quote for the security bars / grill to be installed in the storefront windows. Subsequently we met with Brian and Jeff at the work site (optical store) to do the measurements and finalize details. The installation happened within a week after that. Everything went smoothly, the storefront is secured now without sacrificing the aesthetics. Customers can still look inside the store freely without feeling obstructed by the security grill. My experience with Brian and Jeff was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an elegant security solution for a retail storefront.
