I was referred to Pre-Lock by 2 people who have used them for security services in the past. I met with Paul Seidman who personally attended my home and provided me a detailed quote on upgrades we were considering. We used there services and we are very happy with the professional work performed and the people who work for Pre-Lock were great. I would also be thrilled to recommend their services and understand why they have great reviews on Homestars.

We needed an emergency locksmith to secure our door. We contacted Pre-Lock Security late one evening. I spoke with the on call tech and he arranged to attend our home and secure the door. After being with another high profile alarm company for the past 8 years and being very unhappy with their service and equipment in the last few I set out to find a reputable alarm company. After combing through hundreds of reviews I landed with Pre-Lock who has a rating of 10 out of 10 on multiple sites and hundreds of positive reviews. I contacted Steve Fishman at Pre-Lock. Steve was great with assisting me in getting exactly what I wanted and answering countless questions. I decided to go with Pre-Lock as they offered a quality security system and monitoring at competitive prices. On the day of installation my installer Gabe arrived on time. As Gabe installed the alarm system and related sensors it was evident he was a true professional, didn't rush, was knowledgeable, enjoyed his work and also took pride in his work. Gabe was fantastic. After seeing Gabe work he left me confident I made the right decision going with Pre Lock. The next day I had occasion to speak with Adrian in Service regarding my system, and Eva in Customer Service. Both were excellent and easy to deal with and got me the answers I needed fast. I found Pre Lock customer service at all levels is second to none. There is no question that I am now with the right company. I look forward to a long relationship with Pre Lock.

Our office was recently broken into in Toronto. We really did not know where to turn to improve our security. We found Pre-lock on Homestars and they appeared to be a company worth speaking to. We met with Paul Seidman who suggested the installation of Window bars. Great company great product. We needed new locks so I thought best to turn to the internet to find a good service. Wrong many locksmith I found did not even exist at the sites they advertised were not really there. I ended up finding Pre-Lock Security from a referral from a good friend that has had good experiences with that service. I spoke with Paul who incidentally is the owner. He gave me great service and made lots of good suggestions. We ended up installing Mul-T-lock High security locks on both doors. Great price and fantastic installation . We really like the keys as well and the product is made in Israel and that means it must work. Thanks Paul for the great service I highly recommend Pre-Lock Security

I had an issue with my home front door lock. I called Pre-Lock and they responded immediately. They were at my house within the hour. My lock was fixed not long after that. Pre-Lock did a great job and at an affordable price. I will call them again when needed.

Our Local rink office changed the locks for the new season and gave us 2 keys. We needed more keys and tried 3 other locksmith services and none of them even had the blanks or recognized what blank was required to order. I could not believe it. I asked a friend if he knew anybody that could cut us more keys. I went to Pre-Lock Security and they were fantastic they cut the keys on the spot and there was no issue in doing that. There price was fair and the key worked perfectly. It's hard to believe that no one else could make this key. Good work Pre-lock and thanks for the great service your guys are truly 10 out of 10. I found Pre-Lock Security on Homestars as I never needed a locksmith service before and did not know where to turn. I spoke with Paul who turns out is the owner of the company. He personally came over to my house and reviewed my security for my home. He suggested upgrading our locks to Mul-T-Lock and suggested I also upgrade my alarm which was very old. Originally I was thinking of calling Rogers but who really wants more Rogers in your life. Paul provided me a very fair price to upgrade my alarm and my locks. He sent over a very nice locksmith who not only did a good job but cleaned up everything even after me saying don't worry about the mess . I am very satisfied with Pre-Lock and very glad I found them on Homestars. I hope to use this company for many years to come as clearly they seem very good and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the Pre-Lock Team as they are outstanding.
