I contacted Steve from Pre-Lock who was very responsive throughout the entire process. He was always available and coordinated two different teams to perform the required jobs at my house. Very knowledgeable and not trying to sell me on things I didn't need. Thank you!

I had pre-lock work on both my in-laws home and my home. I was so impressed with Brian and his team that worked on my in-laws place that I requested the exact same individuals for my home. Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful staff, clean installs. Will be calling them for my next house!

Company has great array of up to date systems. Installation was quick, Technician was very prompt, careful and courteous, also provided detailed instruction in use. We have been using Pre-Lock Security for about 5 years now. Our alarm was originally installed by another provider and we simply switched our monitoring to Pre-Lock. As the system was very old we needed an extensive upgrade. Pre-Lock performed that very quickly, professionally and priced very fairly. Called Pre-Lock Security to arrange to have our locks upgraded to Medeco High Security locks for our business. We wanted key control and chose Medeco high security locks based on the information we received from Paul Seidman our security consultant on the project. He was very knowledgeable and extremely reliable. He arranged the entire upgrade transition to be performed during our non business hours to insure no interruption of our operations which was very important to us. We were very pleased with Pre-Lock Security and would use them again in a heart beat. We also switched our security alarm monitoring services over to Pre-Lock and feel very secure and confident we made the right decision. Our security is very important to us and we don't switch vendors very often. Having said that I look forward to a long term security arrangement with Pre-Lock Security, you guys are great.
