    Furniture Delivery

    Today I received my new living room furniture. It was brought by 2young men Tyler and Shane . I can only say they were excellent. They were professional, efficient and friendly. These two young men deserve to be recognized as Parks exceptional associates. This experience makes all worth while shopping at Parks Furniture. Sandra Spridzans

    Customer service

    Today I visited Parks Hamilton location, shopping for sofas I had a Great customer service from Amber she made shopping easier with my 3 kids and patient with my multiple choices, I left happy with three quotes and an explanation of my options and methods of payments. I had a good experience I wished I was able to buy from her on the spot but the long delivery period I had to think about it. Thank you Amber

    Happy

    overall was satisfied with the whole process, Prices were good and I found the staff helpful. Would recommend to friends and family. I will be back, thank you Park's ....

    King size bed installation and service

    Basically got a king size bed 4 months ago. I paid for the driver to installed the bed. 4 months after I bought the bed bottom frame twisted along with the slabs on the sides. They came to repair it. It was wrong size and the bed is still in terrible shape. They dont believe us that the driver mess up. We ask for a new bed and they flat out refused. Still ongoing process after over 2 weeks. I talked to the owner Eric and he flat out laugh at me. Terrible customer service. We just want what we paid for. Very disappointing been going to parks for several years. Today they were supposed to come and fix the bed. They saw our reviews to them and I cancelled their appt today cause my daughter went to the hospital. The owner called me up and based on your reviews they are not going to fix it because it's not reflective material. Very classy calling me at the time my daughter at the hospital. Karma goes around comes around.

    The customer told us his wife broke the bed when she jumped on it. Even though this should not have been warrranty we were prepared to take care of him and fix the bed, giving him new rails and slats. We also build a reinforced center support so his wife could jump on the bed in the future. Now he writes a negative review about us.

    good value

    Did some comparison shopping and Parks was hands down the best in price. The staff were pleasant and delivery was on time. Best was the pricing, I will recommend to everyone I know.

    Lots of help and great prices

    I found the staff very helpful from the time I walked into the store, all the way to the delivery persons who helped set up and kept thing neat. I will be recommending to all my friends. Thanks Parks.

    very satisfied

    I know in this day and age people generally only take the time to write poor reviews, so I decided to take a minute and write about my experience at Parks. I found the staff very helpful and felt I received a very good deal on my furniture. Delivery was right on time and was nice they even cleaned up packaging mess when leaving.

    Poor customer service and quality

    Terrible experience. I bought a bedroom set in July and didn't hear from the sales team about delivery until September when I emailed them. When I received my furniture, 2 pieces were obviously damaged. They were replaced 3 times and all damaged. After asking for a refund, I was told I have to pay a 10% restocking fee as the pieces were "inspected by management". Terrible experience and I do not recommend to anyone.

    Furniture purchase

    The sales experience was great but then it fell apart. 20% of our items were damaged upon delivery and the company asked us to jump though hoops just to make the claim. Their delivery people are not reliable. They constantly reschedule based on their convienice. We won’t be dealing g with them going forward.

    Lots of help

    Parks really came to my rescue after my basement flooded. Received lots of help from the staff picking out new furniture and they rushed the order so I had all by Christmas. Thanks again !!
