Lakeview Floors is an excellent and highly recommended company. Our project was removing vinyl, carpet, and tile on the main floor and installing hardwood and tile on the main floor and 3 bathrooms. Had quotes from three companies and Lakeview was very competitive. Lakeview was the only one who was using Ditra as a tile membrane (the others had plywood - old school). Brad, our sales/project contact was very knowledgeable in the products and also the installation method. His project schedule was bang on. Lakeview accommodated small, last-minute changes to grout and stain colour. The end product was high quality, beautifully done, on budget, and on time. Brad and his construction people were good to deal with. However Brad may not be too responsive in returning e-mails or phone calls, so if there is anything important to discuss you will need to try to catch him when he is in the office.

Very well done and clean work site, Mat Thompson was great, the Fiddlers did the work professionally the first time with no touch ups or repairs required. They did a great job, I'm very pleased.

We required feathering in, and refinishing of our existing, old hardwoods. From Matt, our personable salesman and overseer to James, our "feathering in" expert, to Winston and Gary, our fabulous finishers, the project was stellar! Our place looks brand new! No dust!! ( Gary and Winston are extremely tidy).We are very happy and would highly recommend Lakeview Flooring.

The sales man from Alberta Hardwood Flooring is awesome! We were out of our mind trying to sand our own floor to save some money. Of course we did a very horrible job and almost destroyed the floor. When I thought the floor was hopeless and approached Larry for help. He came to inspect the floor, and gave me options of refinishing and new installations. He recommended me to give my floor another chance and referred me at no cost to one of his trusted partnering contractor. They saved my floor in the next business day. The floor looks so nice and smooth now. Thank you so much Larry for the professional advices.

We recently had hardwood flooring installed throughout our main floor by Lakeview Floors. We would like to especially thank Mat Thompson, Flooring Specialist, for his professional advice and arranging the project to fit our schedule. We chose Lakeview from HomeStars reviews and were not disappointed. We worked with Mat on the sales side and Jordan was the installer. Both were exceedingly professional. Mat provided sound advice on the product we chose and had very good follow up. Jordan worked diligently and extremely hard to get the job done on time and within budget. The installation work is excellent and the floor looks fantastic. Thank you Mat and Jordan for an enjoyable experience.

This could easily have been a full ten rating with better customer service in the later stages of our project. Our new hardwood floors look great, the installers were friendly, and took time to explain what they were doing when we were home. Dean (our salesperson) was very knowledgeable and more than once stopped by our place on his own time to re-measure when we changed our minds about something. Also, we got a few quotes before deciding and Lakeview was not only cheaper, but stayed in budget. Sadly, after you sign the work contract they get the job done, but don’t want to talk to you anymore. On the two occasions I needed to talk to someone I left messages and no one returned my calls. The carpet installer was scheduled to come and tuck some carpet (which was the last thing needed to be done), but he didn’t show. No one bothered to call to tell us a work order hadn’t been filled out for him, so he wasn't coming. It did get done, but a heads up would have been nice since we had made arrangements for him to get in. Finally, our project has been completed a little over two weeks now and we haven't had a phone call or even simple email asking how we liked our new floors or even to thank us for our business! I would recommend them on their final product, just don’t expect a thank you.

My hardwood floor was professionally done and I was very impressed with the service Lakeview Floors has provided. The quality of the wood is fantastic and price is reasonable. Staff were very helpful and patience in addressing all the questions/concerns from the beginning to the end of the project. Work is done as scheduled with no issues at all. Thanks to both Mat and Sonny. You guys have done an amazing job!! Bravo!

Lakeview Homes consultant on the products we should use, and they supplied and installed laminate flooring throughout our lower floor and up our stairs. Their service was great and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Everything looks amazing. We are very happy and would recommend Lakeview Floors to anyone!
