Polite and efficient tech came on a Sunday and said the tree root cleanout with camera would be $900 and we could call someone else if we wanted. Needed job done and believed when he said their price is competitive, so paid the big bill for an hours work. Now find that average cost should have been half that.

I have had not one, but TWO, great experiences with Mr. Rooter recently and both times were with their technician Ben. The first one was a leak where Ben was able to identify issue and get it resolved quickly. The solution he provided is long lasting so we won't have similar issues for many years to come. The second one was an issue of freezing pipes. He provided great solutions again and we haven't had any issues since. Very happy with our services from Ben at Mr. Rooter!

Needed major work done and was really stressed. Jared Hamilton did and amazing job at reducing my stress level, he was awesome. Friendly, professional and informative. Took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, showed me pictures of the inside of the drain that needed to be replaced. Showed up on time and left no mess behind. Again, Jared was awesome.

I kept putting off having the two main input water valves replaced, which have been inoperable since moving into my condo 11 years ago. Because I was told by two other plumbing companies which provided services for different reasons over the years, that in order for this work to be done, the whole building's input water supply would have to be turned off! So recently, our Management Company notified all the building residents that our main water supply would be cut off for the day, in order for their plumbers to do extensive repair work on various water lines in the basement. So I jumped at the opportunity for my own work to be done the same day, and called Mr. Rooter (because I had used them last year to clean out my kitchen drain and was happy with their work). They were very accommodating and understanding of my problem and sent Jason S. to do the job in a timely manner. Jason discussed with me all that had to be done before he replaced the valves, (and I know that valves don't come cheap) and completed the job proficiently and competently. So I'm a happy camper right now!! Jason also gave me a $25 Senior's discount. In future, I will definitely call Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems and ask for Jason S. to do the job for me!

The flat rate for drain cleaning is something you could have told me on the phone. To not say is a bait and switch. Who would send him out after he was at my house. But you already know that. That’s why you don’t tell people and allow them to shop around. If you were confident in your services you’d say over the phone. Also why was there an environmental fee when no products were used just the auger. Shady business and high price. $345 for a simple drain clean when I told him exactly where it was clogged and it took 20min of his time is bull crap . So no I can’t recommend you. First and last time I will ever use your company.

Konrad came in this morning to unplug the drain pipe leading away from my kitchen sinks. He was able to get water flowing in no time. He also noticed that I had replaced all the plumbing and put in two new sink traps. He checked the plumbing I had done out and tightened things here and there as needed. He also did an adjustment on a couple of toilets. The adjustments and tightening was done at no charge. Just let me have a quick look at other things that might need a quick adjustment. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I'll be giving this company a call in the future if I need a plumber.

Jeff Sauermann came in and did a fantastic job as usual rewiring the line to the water softener, removing the old line, diagnosing why flow was missing, and installing the part which was corrupted. Now we have nice humid warm air! Jeff gives you all the options and makes suggestions on how to best spend your money. Very knowledgable technician.

The team at Mr Rooter could not be any better. Had a very stressful situation with a water main leak on my property. The fix turned out to be more involved than originally thought and was right under the rest of the utility lines (electrical, cable, gas etc). They needed to call in hydrovac services to excavate the area, and the fix was more complicated and took longer than had been originally planned. The team (Sean, Jason and Ben) were incredible to work with. They kept me updated with the progress and did everything they could to keep the costs down, while ensuring that the fix was done correctly. At all times I felt that they treated my issue as if it had occurred to them. So happy that I chose them!

From the get go the employees of this company were efficient and friendly. Jeff did what he quoted (and more) , when he said he would do it. Kept me informed every step of the way showing and explaining it all. Very professional. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to my family and friends!

My hot water heater was 12 years old and not working properly. Called Mr. Rooter and they provided the next day service. The Service Man, Jeff Sauermann, replaced the hot water heater the same day.
