Our family invited plumber (Jeff Sauermann) from Mr. Rooter for significant project to replace water heater in our house. Mr. Sauermann arrived on time and during two days replaced water tank, installed and optimized equipment in mechanical room. The project was conducted on time as per schedule, very professionally and with great quality. After end of the project Jeff reviewed and explained all upgrades in details. I would highly recommend Jeff Sauermann for everybody if you need quality plumbing repair in your house.

Hello all, if you are reading this review because you are searching for a reliable and knowledgeable staff of trades people, then let me tell you that the staff at Mr. Rooter have impressed me on two occasions. The first occasion I had a drain problem that turned out to be a sump pump that had failed. It was not an obvious problem and yet Shuan figured it out quickly, tested for it and then resolved it. He went to great lengths after solving the problem to make sure that the solution was absolutely the end of the matter. My next call to Mr. rooter was based entirely on the degree to which I had been impressed with the care and conscientiousness of Shaun. This time I was having a problem with some in floor hearing, the hydronic tank and the water tank supplying the heat to the exchanger. Not a simple matter, with a lot of intermediary steps. Jeff showed up from Mr. Rooter. Very qualified - a gas fitter and a plumber, able To move lines to make things more efficient, as well as able to check the in floor heating, from the thermostat to the heat exchanger. Mr. Rooter employees are paid by the job not the hour. And Jeff spent a huge amount of time re-doing fittings and pipes and valves in order to produce a final product that could easily be addressed by any future need for repairs. He was honest, accurate and detailed in his work. The photo is just the water heater and all the lines he moved and re- plumbed. I have tried a lot of teases people over the years. I am sold on this company and any other company that they are prepared to recommend.I know it sounds ridiculous, but I can almost guarantee that if Mr. Rooter's staff tackle a job, your expectations will be exceeded. I. The end .. New 75 gal water heater, new hydronic tank, new pressure valve, new shut off valves, re- routing some gas fittings and a few other system checks. All is functioning perfectly. A toilet replaced, leaky faucet repaired, and water pressure valve was installed. Worker was very professional. He gave options for repairs and gave costs before got started.

Technician arrived on time. Care was taken to insure that no dirt was put on the floors Technician worked long hours to complete the work. As there were two parts, he completed the tank replacement on the first day and the heating system the second day Courteous, informative and diligent on the quality of his work. Left the installation in a very tidy and professional looking condition

Brandon did an incredible job overhauling our entire plumbing system. There were a number of issues with fixtures purchased by the homeowner and Brandon was able to source replacement parts in a timely and cost efficient manner. Brandon also was able to fix a number of mistakes that a previous contractor had made. He alleviated a significant amount of our stress by figuring out cost-efficient solutions. He worked late into the night on a number of occasions knowing that we had been out of our house for months and were eager to get back in.

My father owns the house I am living in, & I (tenant) came home, after work, to find myself very frustrated with the fact that I could not use my shower or toilet because the drain was clogged. Mr Rooter was quick to response my email. The company called me & sent Chris Wright. He told me what the problem of my toilet leaks. He seemed to be knowledgable & fixed the toilet leaks. Their price was reasonable & Chris answered all my questions & explained to me thoroughly. I would recommend Mr Rooter & Chris Wright.

I called Mr. Rooter to help with a hot water tank that was extremely old and not working properly. Morgan Carpenter arrived on time and was advising us that it needed to be replaced. He actually had the fore thought to put one in the truck just in case. It was replaced quickly and worked great. The next day we had a small water problem with pressure in the bathroom and he came all the way back into town just to help. There were problems with the water shut off but e worked all the way through it. I will call these guys for all my repairs.

Both times he attended (main water valve replacement, then hot water heater replacement), installer Jeff Sauermann provided wonderful service "above and beyond". Courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable, he explained everything he did and ensured the installation was complete to the last detail. Without pressuring us he gave us helpful advice about our plumbing needs. An excellent experience!
