    Came to clean sewer drain

    There came out to clean the drain and told us that the city would come out to clear it due the poplar trees in the area. They were great to deal with but we will call the city next time.

    Unclogging drain

    My washer drain was draining slow and over flowing so I booked service online with Roto-Rooter. The online booking process was easy but they did call back to say I would have to pay by credit card or cash. The appointment was for a 2 hour slot from 8-10am. They arrived at 8:15 and quickly resolved my problem. 100% happy with the service but the bill came to $240 to unclog a drain. Seemed a little steep but will be worth it if the drain remains unclogged.

    pipe fixing

    We found our ceiling had a wet spot, so we called Mr. Rooter. They sent some technician to do the inspection right the next day. Without any dispatch fee, the technician inspected and gave us a quote. We think the price is reasonable, so we called back and asked them to come again. Professional technician Daniel came on Saturday. He did not only solve our problem, also gave us some valuable suggestions. He is efficient and skillful. It is our first time using Mr. Rooter, the only drawback is they are a little bit late than the scheduled time. Nevertheless, we will definitely call them again if we encounter any problem in the future and we will highly recommend them to our friends. Thank you, Mr Rooter. Thank you, Daniel.

    PLUMBING BLOCKAGE

    IN A HOME WE HAD RECENTLY PURCHASED WE HAD A BLOCKAGE IN OUR HOUSE DRAINAGE BACKING UP INTO OUR BAR SINK DOWNSTAIRS WHEN OUR JACUZZI WOULD DRAIN. MR. ROOTER CAME IN SNAKED THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND WITHIN AN HOUR WE HAD FULL DRAINAGE. GREAT RESPONSE!

    sink clean up

    Our kitchen sink got plugged and we needed an emergency fix. Mr Rooter came to our home very quickly, were on budget, cleaned up after they were done. I was extremely happy with the job, I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone that has plumbing emergency.

    Checking a clogged toilet line

    We were purchasing our new home and found some problems with the basement toilet (slow flush). Our home inspector said that it could be a $20,000 job if the line to the city was clogged. He recommended that we get a plumber in ASAP. It was the day we needed to close the deal on the house, so we needed a plumber ASAP! Mr. Rooter was the only one that could come within the hr! He arrived promptly and did an amazing job and found the problem (luckily something he was able to fix on the spot) and didn't even need to use the snake camera. He even recommended a product to avoid the clogged toilet in the future. He was very professional and helpful! Mr. Rooter was awesome!

    Toilet replacement/clogged drain

    The technician from Mr. Rooter was respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He not not only explained to me what had to be done but why the problem occured and the steps involved to correct it. Mr. Rooter was recommended to me and I can understand why as I in turn would higly recommend them as well.

    SEWAR BLOCKAGE

    SUNDAY EVENING THE SEWAR BACKED UP AND WE CALLED AND HE CHARGED US 450.00 FOR 20 MIN WORTH OF WORK EVEN THOUGH THE CITY OFFERS THAT SERVICE FOR FREE 7 AM-12.30 AM 7 DAYS A WEEK AND I FEEL THEY SHOULD'VE INFPORMED US OF THAT. IF IT HAD BEEN A FROZEN PIPE THAT WOULD BE DIFFERENT BECAUSE THE CITY ONLY OFFERS SEWAR UNPLUGGING BECAUSE IT'S PART OF THEIR SYSTEM AND I UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER HOUR PLUMBING EMERGENCIES ARE EXPENSIVE AND LEGALLY THIS CO. HAD NO OBLICATION TO INFORM US BUT IT WOULD'VE BEEN THE RIGHT THING TO DO AS A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL.

We seek to satisfy our customers by responding in a timely fashion, which we were able to do Sunday night when you called us at because of your sewer backup. We came, cabled/augured your main-line, then used the video camera and informed you of what was wrong with the sewer line, and what must be done to solve the problem. You called for a service, and we provided that service at no extra charge for plumbing on nights or weekends. We informed you of the cost prior to starting the job, which you agreed to. I must correct you in pointing out that we were at your home for almost 2 hrs, from 10 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. and not 20 minutes as you indicated. Also Gerry, customers have a responsibility to do due diligence and research prior to making any decision, or solicit a service of whatever nature. So we will agree with you in pointing out that we are not obligated by law or otherwise to inform you that you can call the City to come out and take a look at a main sewer issue. That is the customer’s responsibility! And we believe it is unreasonable that you should hold us accountable in this matter. If we inspected your main sewer and we found the problem to be on the City's side, you would have been inform you to call the City so that they can fix their property. I must point out that it is our company policy that if we were to do the repair on your main sewer, that we would deduct the cost of the service you received Sunday night. So that is something that you can take a look into. Again we thank you for your business.

    Installation of new toilet, vanity sink and tub faucet

    We have rental properties and deal with Mr. Rooter on a very regular basis. I usually have the same technician and I trust him totally. He is always on time or earlier than the estimated time, and is always up front about what needs to replaced or whether it can just be repaired. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter, and after having dealt with them for a number of years now, would not consider switching to another plumbing company.

    fixed hot water tank and fixed leaking tap

    Mr. Rooter was fantastic to deal with. They were on time, professional, honest and clean. The cost of the job was reasonable and everything was fixed correctly the first time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing done in there home.
