    New House in Mahogany S.E. Attached garage

    Excel Homes gave my family a change to live in Mahogany, the price is good, deals are better, floor plan is great, most is the Sales person and the site person and site supervisor is Super. I like to thank the following who gave the answers all about our concerns. Ellen, Tarek, Doug, and Luc ( Sales person ) Kris and Dave ( Site person ) Thank you.

    New Home Purchase

    When we had decided to move to Okotoks, we chose Mountainview as our subdivision of preference due to the location and cozy feel. The homes we looked at were built by Sterling and Excel. We chose excel homes as we found that the added costs of the Sterling didn't outweigh the benefits. Again, this was a personal preference as I know they make great homes as well. Our home that we have now lived in 3 years has been great. I would recommend going and checking out what Excel has to offer. Ellen and Luc are two of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. If they had been in the "customer service" end with excel and not some of the others I had to deal with, I would have given a 5 star review across the board!

    Excel Homes Mountain View

    We visited Mountain View in Okotoks in July. Even before we arrived Ellen had been helping me through email correspondence. Once we arrived and walked into the show home for the first time she was very welcoming and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and Ellen made the decision to buy an Excel Home an easy choice. I totally recommend that anyone thinking of moving into Okotoks should definitely stop in to meet with Ellen she is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

    The best thing we could have done!

    We were just starting to look for a home when we visited Mountainview and met Ellen at Excel Homes. The home she showed us and the lot she directed us to was absolutely perfect! We didn't even look anywhere else. We have been in our home for months now and are still so thrilled! Excel built us a great home and their care for us has been outstanding. Thank you.     New Home

    Ellen Van Baren and Tarek Safradi were very helpful when I first signed my contract with Excel Homes and I wish they had stayed on right to the end before being moved to other projects. The house possession was on time and it is beautiful. Looking forward to spending memorable time in it. It's our very first brand new house!

    Purchased an Excel Home in Mahogany

    We recently purchased an Excel Home in Mahogany and were blown away with the excellent customer service. We were greeted with smiling faces and never felt pressured into purchasing a home. Doug and Leon were so patient and understanding when going through the selection process and in the end, we walked out only feeling overwhelmed with excitement. We were not only impressed by the great people that helped us in this process, but also in the quality of the home that we had purchased. I would 100% recommend this builder, but more than that, I would recommend that you meet Doug and Leon. They were pivotal in this decision and did not feel like salesmen. The community spoke for itself, while they facilitated everything else.

    Hillcrest

    My recent experience with Excel Homes-Hillcrest has been nothing short of fantastic! I was impressed from the very start dealing with Codi and Charla at how personable, honest and professional they were. I also had the pleasure of working closely with Jamie, David and Will. Their professionalism, timeliness and willingness to go above and beyond was remarkable. That said, everyone with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Excel has made this new home purchase experience a very favorable one. This home is not my first new home purchase experience, but by far stands out as one of the very best.

    Buying a new home

    My husband and I moved into heartland in Cochrane three months ago and have been very happy with our new home. The whole experience with Excel Homes from looking to purchasing to moving has been very easy and enjoyable. Charla and Marica were so friendly and always put in extra effort to ensure we were 100% satisfied throughout the whole process: all questions and concerns were answered in a very quick timely manner. Also, Miriam from the Customer Care warranty team was super-efficient and always exceeded our expectation. We would definitely recommend Excel Homes to my friends and family.

    Home purchase

    My husband and I recently relocated our family to Alberta from British Columbia. We met Charla on our first day of house hunting and she showed us two properties, both of which we were very impressed with. Throughout the purchasing phase both Charla and Marika kept us up to date and informed easing the stress of this time. We have been in our new home for just over a week now and love it! The house is quality built and there are many features that we just couldn't find in any other homes we viewed. Since moving in, all of the Excel workers in the neighborhood have made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

    New home

    We just moved into our new home in Sunset Ridge in Cochrane. Angela and Allsion were fantastic to deal with. There was never any pressure and they were very open and honest with us. They were excellent at answering all our questions no matter how trivial they seemed. The Home Orientation with Rick was great. He was amazing and so informative. Our house was ready exactly when they promised it would be and we are very happy that it is Built Green. The day we were moving in we noticed a few things and Yosef came to fix them up immediately. They were not big things but the immediate attention was fantastic. We are very happy with our new home for our family. I would definitely recommend Excel and the team we worked with. Thank you!
