Technician Harry at High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. did a spectacular job at getting my air conditioner tuned up and ready for summer. He was polite, professional and got the work completed it great time. The office staff is also super kind. I highly recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc.

An appointment was promptly booked for the annual service included in the maintenance contract. The technician, Jay was on time, friendly and explained the services to be done. The job was done as scheduled without additional cost.

Like many others I left getting my AC repaired until the day before a heatwave. Call centre used an efficient process with text messages to diagnose my situation and dispatched a technician same day. Piraba arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, rapidly diagnosed my problem and gave me a quote for the repair. Within 90 minutes my AC was functioning. Super impressed with entire experience. Highly recommend.

Jason was most helpful and did an excellent service call. He even donned his mask for extra protection.

Gilbert scheduled our spring maintenance and actually was able to send Harry before our appointment date. We had concerns about the A/C coil. Harry arrived before our appointment time and performed the necessary checks and tests and told us everything was okay. He explained what might have caused the problem last summer and told us how to adjust the a/c settings to prevent this from becoming an issue again. The good news was that we didnt need to replace the coil. Since we have a service membership, we didnt even have to pay for the service call. It is very difficult to find companies you can trust that have integrity, friendly staff and professionalism as their foundation. We feel we are so fortunate to have found High Efficiency Cooling & Heating! We absolutely love this company and highly recommend them. We have never trusted a company more!

I recently have my furnace installed by the company and Charton is the service guy. I am impressed by his professionalism. There was no sales pressure from him and he is very patience and knowledgeable to explain the whole process. Thank you Charton and also the installation representatives.
